However, my experience with the administrative side of this office has been very disappointing. I overpaid for my surgery and was issued a refund check, which unfortunately expired before I cashed it. That part is on me. After finding the check again in mid-August, I contacted the office to have it reissued. Since then, it has been four months of calling, emailing, and trying to get a simple replacement check. I have been told multiple times that the issue is being taken care of and that I would receive a call back, which never happens. I've sent and received a total of 13 phone calls since August, plus multiple emails. I've also spoken with the practice administrator--who has been kind--but the problem still hasn't been resolved. I've been given conflicting information: that the check was mailed to my home and rerouted by USPS due to an incorrect address (even though the address they read back to me was correct), that the check was then supposedly mailed to the office instead and expected to arrive on 11/19/25, and later that follow-up would be provided--yet no one ever follows through. I even went in person on 12/8 to ask about the status, was promised a next-day update, and still received nothing. I received another update on 12/10 that the check would be sent to their office by the next week. Given that it's now the 21st of December, I don't think I'll be seeing this check by the end of the year as they mentioned. It should not take months to reissue a refund, and it's extremely discouraging to feel constantly overlooked. I genuinely wanted to continue coming here and recommending my clientele because my surgical experience was great, but the ongoing lack of communication and follow-through from the front office has been very disappointing.

The initial appointment was simple, and the details and options were explained thoroughly. The day of surgery went far better than I hoped for. I took a mild sedative at 11:00 am before I went in, arriving at 1200 pm. Taken back at 12:15 p.m., Prep was done quickly and efficiently, with a big part of the goal of keeping me updated and comfortable (read "not anxious"). I don't even remember being "knocked out,"... and I sure didn't remember ANYTHING of the actual procedure. I was awakened at 1:00 p.m. and asked a few simple questions. I was back fully aware within about 5 minutes. I was wheeled out to my ride and home 15 minutes later. Over the next week, I literally experienced NO pain. I took one pain pill when I first got home, but that was only in expectation of some pain when the numbing agents wore off. When I say there was "no pain, " I mean there was no pain. The doctor let me know that he did damage the nerve with the needle but that it should heal and to take nervive to help with the healing process and that it should heal overtime. I got the wisdom teeth taken out in March. Its now june I am still experiencing numbness in the same area and it has not changed or improved and I have just received an email from their legal team asking me to remove my previous Yelp review because they believe it is a "false statement." I feel bullied and unappreciated and I'm deeply concerned with their intentions and their well-being for their customers. They haven't reached out to offer any compensation or even an apology or any other options for getting the sensation back to my face, the last thing i was told was to give it time. They just want me to stay quiet and keep it hidden that they did damage but I wanna let you know the risks. This is not a place I will ever trust again.

Obviously didn't want that happening, so I scheduled an appointment for a consultation. Dr. Johnson viewed the X-ray and I set up an date for the operation. I have had extra teeth removed before when I was younger, and they were all painful during the healing process. However, after the operation with Dr. Johnson I only took two Advils plus the antibiotics that he prescribed. The stitches were clean and minimal, which helped during the healing process. Before the surgery took place, they scheduled a follow-up appointment a week out. My stitches were supposed to dissolve away after a week, but they choose not to, so I had a couple of them removed. Paid for the services in full ahead of time, and the payment cleared even before getting home (over $25,000). They advised that the full procedure would take about 4 months to complete. Had the surgery on 4/15/26 and the temporary set was put in place the following day. Only to find out that the office was shutting their doors on 5/28/26, so I am now in the healing process and in fact that the permanent implants were supposed to be put in place this month (August). After several attempts to see about receiving a refund for the services that were not completed, and with no where to turn, I did end up filing a complaint with the Arizona State Board Dental Association. Shortly thereafter I did receive a call back from Dr. Nina Mehranfar advising that she would personally send a refund. The problem is that since I now have to go to another dentist, the cost is of course higher than what I received from the Dr. Mehranfar, roughly an additional amount of $6,000. I have reached back out to her (both via email and text. So now once again I am receiving no response back. I saved for years to have this dental issue taken care of and I felt assured that I was in capable care. I have provided proof to her from two different dental offices reflecting the cost to complete what she started.I am NOT looking nor asking for anything more than the cost of having my dental care completed. I know that this review may fall on deaf ears, since the location is closed, I just feel like I was just tossed aside, "sure we'll take your money, but won't take care of dental health."

I thought this was a great dentist but then years later I still had pain after having root canals…read moredone with Dr Singh & Dr Iniguez and ended up having to see a specialist who found 2 more roots that hadn't been cleaned out during the previous root canal. So I'd see a specialist for root canals. The front office is friendly & the office itself is beautiful but with that being said they are very expensive. I don't mind things being expensive if it's worth it but I had to have several root canals redone because roofs weren't treated.
