My kids have been patients of Dr. Ambrosio's for a decade. Hygienists, front office staff, and…read moredoctor have all been phenomenal. Every staff member is great with sensory-sensitive kids. They are communicative and thoughtful in how they approach dental treatment. Sometimes my kids have had a harder time with traditional x-rays because of their sensory sensitivities and if needed, they will use a dental cone beam computed tomography machine which they have in their office as well. They also have something called a Solea laser which is leading-edge equipment that makes things like cavity repair faster and more comfortable. I appreciate dental offices that keep up with technology to improve the patient experience, especially for kids. (Yes, I used to work in the dental industry too!) The office is clean, modern, bright, and the whole team is extraordinarily friendly! Highly recommended!

The dentists and dental hygienists are friendly and quick so it is a good experience for the child. Each patient is offered a balloon or prize when done. The office shares space with Dr Grant orthodontist so when your child needs braces, it can be in same office. Very convenient.

We recently moved from Super Dentist Escondido after several not-so-pleasant experiences with…read moretreatment. It always felt like a one-size-fits-all approach with very limited options, and I was concerned about the way they viewed and treated my four-year-old. After reading reviews from parents with similar stories, we decided to try 4S Pediatric Dentistry -- and I'm so glad we did. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredible with my son. He used to be scared of going to the dentist, but now he's actually happy to go. Dr. Arielle gave me multiple treatment options (which is all I wanted in the first place), and they were far simpler and less aggressive than what we were offered at Super Dentist. My son had a cavity filled today, and the way they guided him through the entire process was amazing. When numbing him, the doctor joked about having "sharp nails," and I truly had no idea she had already given the injection -- such a clever and gentle approach! I couldn't be happier with how they treat both their patients and the parents. Bonus: Kids get a prize at the end of each visit!

My kids used to scream, cry, and be absolutely terrified at the dentist. From the moment we walked into Dr. Im's office, the entire team was warm, patient, and incredibly kind. They truly understand children and know how to make them feel safe. Dr. Im is exceptional. She talks to the kids while she's working, calmly explaining what she's doing and what to expect next, which makes such a huge difference in easing their anxiety. There's no rushing, no fear-based approach--just reassurance, compassion, and skill. And somehow, on top of being gentle, they are also FAST (which parents know is a miracle). The appointments are efficient without ever feeling rushed, and my kids actually left feeling proud instead of traumatized. I am beyond grateful we found this office. If you're a parent whose kids are anxious about dental visits, this is the place. I truly can't say enough positive things about Dr. Im and her amazing team. I was referred to Dr. Corbin Smith by my lactation specialist, who had rave reviews about both his…read morework and his bedside manner, as well as the fact that he offers tongue-tie releases at a very reasonable cost. After our experience with him, I completely understand why she recommended him. I was impressed from the very beginning. Dr. Smith schedules a full hour for the consultation at no charge and with absolutely no pressure to move forward with the release. He took his time explaining the procedure, what we could expect if we chose to do it, and what we might expect if we decided not to. I was very nervous about putting my daughter through the procedure, and he helped me feel much more comfortable that the experience would likely be easier on her than I was imagining. We decided to move forward with the release. Parents aren't in the room during the procedure, so as soon as they told me I could come back, I rushed in expecting my daughter to be very upset. Instead, I found her perfectly content, bouncing in the nurse's arms. She wasn't crying or visibly distressed. I nursed her for a few minutes and she quickly fell asleep. That was an enormous relief for me. Dr. Smith was also very thorough about aftercare, including Tylenol dosing and exactly how to do the stretches so everything would heal properly. They gave me a number I could call or text with questions, including after hours when messages go directly to the doctor. Before I even had a reason to use it, Dr. Smith reached out himself that evening to check on my daughter. I did contact him with questions on a couple of occasions afterward, and he was always quick to respond and helpful. I also really appreciate that follow-up care is built into the process. We have two follow-up visits to make sure everything is healing correctly. I was nervous going into that first check, so it was a huge relief to hear that she was healing well, we were doing the stretches correctly, and everything was on track. Now, two weeks later, my daughter is barely fazed by the stretches, just as Dr. Smith told us would happen. Even better, we are already seeing such a difference with breastfeeding. She is transferring much more milk in less time, getting less frustrated, and no longer having to work so hard to compensate while feeding. I'm very grateful for how carefully Dr. Smith and his team handled the entire experience. From the consultation and procedure to the accessibility afterward and the follow-up care, I felt like my daughter was genuinely well taken care of.

Now, about 10 weeks post-procedure, our son is doing exceptionally well and breastfeeding like a champ :) We are very grateful for Dr. Smith's care and would absolutely recommend him to other families navigating similar feeding challenges.

I would not recommend him at all. He took a big chunk out of my tongue during a crown removal. The assistant blamed it on my tongue moving around during the procedure. I said, so the next patient is going to be told that there is a good chance a chunk of tongue will be taken out during a crown removal? They finally decided to use a tongue depressor to hold my tongue down and keep my tongue out of the way. Their excuse was that they did not anticipate the movement. What is this, the first time they have done this? Then the assistance kept running out of the office to get things. Why were they not prepared for all the tools and items they needed before I got there? There were more issues but I'm only going to concentrate on two: the chunk of tongue they took out and the disorganization. I'm not going back until Dr. Nguyen comes back.
