I filed my first claim after over 20 years. Country Financial Insurance went to great lengths to avoid paying a claim. They even went as far as lying to State of Georgia Office of Commissioner of Insurance Fire and told several lies with ease. They LIE BY OMISSION. THEY PRETEND YOU'RE NOT THERE SO THEY DON'T HAVE TO ANSWER FOR SAYING NOTHING! They're very good at the deception. They claimed to have had my car inspected for secondary damages. They claimed to have identified the problem and fixed the problem. They don't care!!! State of Georgia Office of Commissioner of Insurance Fire cannot help you. Their exact words were "Our office role in 3rd party liability claims is greatly limited and is primarily confined to ensuring that the other person's insurer is conducting a reasonable investigation".
