Dr. Morgan diagnosed the reason for my paInful toothache and clearly communicated his treatment options. He got me out of pain and explained the long term permanent options. The office sent xrays and their records to my home dentist within the hour. My husband is a retired dentist and I was a dental software consultant. Elevated Dental is one of the most well run and proficient offices I have seen. If you need a dentist this is the office!

Just gonna go ahead and remind you permanent teeth don't grow back! Wish I had thought about that before the stupid cliff. Anyways, long story short; I have had at least 30 dental professionals work on my mouth in the past four years. Out of all of them, I can easily say, Dr. Dorothy was the most thorough. She and her team took care of my teeth like I was family. My initial one hour appointment for a filling turned into three hours as she realized there was a lot more work. There wasn't a sales pitch or pressure. She simply gave me my options and explained the outcome of each choice. I couldn't believe she took the time to explore all my options. So rare these days. I wish I found Dr. Dorothy and her team years ago. Side Perk: Also as the name suggests, all the chairs in the office have a gorgeous view of Gore Creek and the towering East Vail Chutes. Honestly, I'd be happy looking at a freeway, as long as Dr. Dorothy and team are working on me. You might even start looking forward to dentist visits. Haha!

I arrived early to fill out paperwork and was seen exactly at the time my appointment was scheduled. Vonda, the hygienist, was super nice. She listened when I told her to be careful in a certain spot and was super gentle/caring about my comfort. She explained everything she was doing, let me look at things for myself in the mirror, and allowed me to ask any questions i had. Haha, most importantly she kept her fingers out of my mouth when she asked questions or I wanted to talk! Dr. Elyse Kessler came in to check in afterwards and was also very informative, easy to talk to, and friendly. I've been worried about an implant i need to eventually get done and she made me feel at ease about the procedure and made it seem like a piece of cake. It took me weeks to get an estimate for the implant at my old dentists office but Vonda was able to put one together during the appointment and explain my insurance benefits before I even left the office. I also loved that no one was rushing to just get me in and out of there. Both doctors took their time, explained everything, took a second look when I mentioned concerns, and made me feel like I was a priority and my teeth were in good hands. I only got a cleaning/checkup done but based on this visit I would totally recommend this office!

Then when I agreed to have a filling done so I wouldn't have to start all over with yet another dentist, Avon Dental charged me 3 times what they said it would cost. Is the Dr. Dela Cruz competant? I suppose so. Would I recommend anyone go to Avon Dental? No. It cost me hundreds more than I should have had to pay.
