Dr. Glass at Urnise dentistry ruined my teeth…read more Dr. Urnise and I had discussed replacing the veneers on my 2 front teeth because they were old and starting to crack. It was end of year and I had money left in my HSA so I made an appt. Dr.Urnise was booked out for over 2 months so they made my appointment with Dr. Glass. Without any discussion, instead of replacing my veneers with new veneers, he replaced them with crowns. I look like I have beaver teeth. The crowns are a horrible color. When discussing color, I told them to make the new veneers match the old ones, they did not.,They are too large and are pushing 2 of my teeth out of place. They ride in my bottom lip and I am constantly trying to move my lip out from under my teeth. They rub the inside of my lip making it raw at times and now one of the teeth that is being pushed out of place is also rubbing the inside of my mouth. I have tried to adjust to them and just make it work. It doesn't work. I finally made an appt with another dentist and we will see if I have any options other than implants. This was by far the worst cleaning I've ever had. I don't believe the employees are dental…read morehygienists. The dentist did the "scraping" part of the cleaning (5 min tops) and then the employee flossed and polished. The entire experience was 15-20 minutes and felt more like a "cash cow" business that just runs people in and out to bill insurance. Super disappointing.
