Woohoo for Doctor Tania! Best listener. Best bedside manner. Best pain relief. Ever…read more So here's why you need to research your medical providers carefully. Doctor T works with the Colorado Anesthesia Consultants group. Had a bad experience with one of their docs before, and some of their former (?) doctors' practices have resulted in some unfavorable notice in the press and the legal system. So normally I wouldn't be recommending the group. But Dr. Orzynski . . . She's totally rad 'n rockin. I needed a steroid shot in my back for a blown disc (gotta remember not to try to lift small cars to recover dropped money, or other such stupid stuff). Needed / wanted it bad, and the doc I'd seen before wasn't available for several days, so I started my research and came upon the good Doctor T. I loved her level of experience, her professional reputation, and the way she talked about the procedure with both my wife and me. Turned out the procedure seems to have been a success, but that's not the main point. Sometimes these injections work and sometimes they don't. The main point is that you need to have trust and communication with your medical care providers and Dr. Orzynski's the best there is for those skills (plus not hurting feels soooo good). So be careful. It's dangerous out there. But when you do stupid stuff (and we all do), remember the good doctor Dr. Tania. She'll become your bdff.

Yes, I know most people consider it "no big deal" to have a massive needle inserted into your spine that could result in a number of horrible results, but whatever, I worry about that stuff ever single time I go. Dr. Orzynski is the best. She is caring, never rushed, very understanding that I am incredibly anxious the entire time, and most importantly nails the pain every time. I love her. She is the 3rd doctor I have seen for this type of procedure, and I hope to never see anyone else. The nurses at Rose are also very caring and professional and I feel well cared for before and after my procedure.

I was told by the Parker Adventist Hospital that this was a routine procedure. I have been reaching out to USAP since receiving the bill first to confirm why I was charged $357.50 twice in the same day for the same procedure. I thought for sure that was just a mistake. Evidently there was more than one person? I only met one when I was put to sleep. Then I asked why I was charged at all for something routine as I was told by my insurance company that there would be no charge. Bottom line, the hospital claims the procedure should still be billed as routine even though I had one small polyp removed. USAP took it upon themselves to use a code showing diagnostic and will not change it even after speaking directly to the hospital and insurance company in a 3-way call on 6/17/25 and confirming it should in fact be billed as routine. So after starting this run around in Feb 2025 I finally got shutdown by USAP on Sept 4th 2025 saying they would not change it and they're so sorry that no one told me that back when I first called. Btw I did reach out to the Patient Advocate for their company on 5/20/25, Courtney Cummings and I do not feel nor did I ever feel advocated for. She dismissed this as just another bill and there's nothing she could do about it. Oh well, not her problem. I will make sure not to use USAP in the future.

I was already living with this terrible pain for FIVE days by the time I went to Dry Creek. I had a very unique situation, severe dental trauma, TMJ & recently had brain surgery, so finding someone capable of handling my situation was beyond challenging. I thought for sure; after driving 45 mins to their office, I'd have my tooth pulled, but I was wrong. I was there for TWO hours. The only thing they did for me was prescribe an antibiotic. My broken tooth was NOT infected. Dr Escalante said the antibiotic would "calm" the tooth down. It did not! The Dr said he needed to talk to my neurosurgeon before he could proceed with my extraction. I told him I was already released from my neurosurgeon & could have my tooth taken care of with no restrictions. After the Dr finally talked to my neurosurgeon's office, he then said he needed their release in writing. Wait, what? Why didn't you get that when you spoke to them on the phone the first time? After the Dr received the release in writing days later, then he wanted my neurosurgeon's office to approve the parameters of me receiving nitrous gas. Seriously? Again, why didn't you ask for all these requirements the FIRST time you spoke to my neurosurgeon's office? I understand the initial caution, but it was ridiculous at this point! It was a complete waste of my time to go to this office, referral or not. My pain meant nothing to them. And they wonder why I have severe dental trauma. They only added to it by making me live with a broken tooth for as long as I had to. Thankfully, I found an oral surgeon that pulled my tooth with no issues, didn't need to talk to my neurosurgeon or have any kind of nitrous gas parameters approved. Finally, someone who knew what they were doing! I would NOT recommend Dr Escalante at Dry Creek Oral Surgery for anything!

I would take your business elsewhere to an office that acts with integrity for their patients and has professionalism.

I worked with Karthik Reddy (Tiki), and Eve Langston and would not place myself in their care ever again. Midway through the infusion, a roof generator or HVAC unit kicked on and the resulting synesthesia was terrifying. When I attempted to use the call button, no one responded. This provoked a deep panic and sense of emergency and I had to begin asserting control and danger assessment and problem-solving thinking during the peak of the infusion. As I was clamping down the brakes on my trip, my mind was like: "Aliens? Apocalypse? Rapture? Terrorists? Guns? KUNG FU? Is the danger in the building? What will the world be like out there once I figure my way out of this chair?" "How do i get this IV out of my arm and tied off so I can roam through the post-apocalyptic landscape with my IV stand as my game-starter improvised weapon?" In this state of fear, when I attempted to again push the button, I knocked it out of its harness on the side table and had to sit up and grope for it on the ground. After I reasoned out that continuing use of the call button wouldn't help, I began vocalizing loudly that I needed someone. The nurse (not the Doc) came in, he did not perceive my distress. He took the call button out of my hand and told me the call system had to be restarted due to a problem (lied to me). He left the room. I continued to press the call button and asked for the doctor who wasn't available for some time. When Tiki did arrive, he was able to see that I was in distress and unable to cogently explain my state. He left me to attend to another patient for a long time. When Tiki came back, he thought that the effects of the ketamine had scared me, but I explained that the roof generator and the lack of call button response is what caused the problem. He explained that the call system wasn't malfunctioning as the assistant had indicated, but that he'd forgotten to wear his pager, and I got out of there asap. When I contacted Vitalitas' management team to ask for accountability and to make the financial situation right this was their response: "I am sorry that you had a difficult infusion in May. Unfortunately, we do not have control over what happens in the building outside of our office regarding noise or HVAC turning on and off. I reviewed the day with the staff in Westminster and and no one heard the loud noise that you described. During a ketamine infusion, sometimes things can be very distorted to patients. I am not saying you did not experience a loud noise, but perhaps it is not something that would have bothered you if you were not getting a ketamine infusion. We are not able to refund your money or offer any discounts going forward. We are happy to continue treating you if you would like, but we understand, given the circumstances is you would prefer to try a different clinic." Didn't even acknowledge their team's failure to respond to the call button. Gross. Totally gross.
