They began cutting a few days early which I thought was great. I paid a $300 deposit, $100 at time of first cut, and the rest of the $700 after a full day of work. They left promising that there was not another full day of work and both trees would be gone the next day. I was pleased that they showed the next day and continued to work - however they did not finish. I have since been calling, texting, emailing. If i get a call answered they make up excuses why they can't work or will flat out hang up on me. I've now have hired an attorney to demand they finish work. My next step is to file suit for the difference I'll pay to have someone else finish the job all so I can put my house on the market. Not only did they not finish the work, they didn't do a great job on the work they did do. I have huge piles of wood that must be cut down (by me or someone else) to manageable pieces for burning/removal. Additionally they've done significant damage to my neighbor's fence which I've replaced myself as I can't claim with their insurance because they're dodging my calls. Do not hire these people. Their positive reviews cannot actually be real paying customers.
