He gave me clear options for repairing or replacing my 30 year-old roof. The estimate came later the same day and was reasonable. I decided to go with replacing the roof and they even dropped off a few samples of the shingles to help me in selecting the best option for me. I now have a new roof. The entire process took one day and was very smooth. Back then they had a fantastic work force, young boys but they did a good job and were constantly concerned with clean up and making sure I was satisfied, I didn't recognize anyone that came this time around | assume they must have fired or their better workforce had left. Had them do a roof for a separate building last year and NOTHING BUT LEAKS. They don't honor the warranty, once they get the money that's it your all done! Bring back the hardy Irish workforce that smoke cigarettes and drink ice coffee in the winter cause this company has gone to absolute crap. Don is not a bad guy l've played golf with him several times and he may not even realize what's going on with his company. His son Chris has taken the reins for the most part and he is failing hard. Don started that company from the absolute bottom and worked in the field for decades so he knows hard work. His spoiled son however does not. I have a feeling follett roofing will not be around for much longer. I hired a different roofing company to fix my room and they brought to my attention so many amateur mistakes. I hired them to replace a roof and gutters recently (April 2025) and the experience from start to finish was fantastic. The quality--both in the customer service and actual work--has always been the best of the best. Nick, the owner, was my main point of contact. He provided a clear, detailed explanation of the work with a fully itemized breakdown. He (and everyone at REI) is honest, friendly, professional, and easy to talk to--Nick and his team answered all of my questions and concerns! The roof was done in a day, the gutters in about half a day, the crew was fantastic. They were friendly, professional and kept us updated throughout the entire process. Overall, I am incredibly satisfied with REI's work and highly recommend them. I got quotes from several companies and REI offered me a fair price, a 25-year workmanship guarantee, and handled everything with care! I never felt rushed and felt comfortable throughout the process. I knew I made the right choice by hiring them. It's rare to find a company that's professional, fairly priced while delivering top-quality work in a timely manner, but REI does and they do it well.
