It literally felt like a miracle when the office attendant made time for us to come in, conveniently late so my son didn't have to miss school-- and Dr. Feldman was delightful and calming and extremely competent. He put my son at ease and did the procedure right there, no fuss, taking care that it hurt as little as possible. We had a great experience. The toe is healing well and the pain is gone. I have seen many doctors in my day and very few I would recommend as highly. He is a true gem.

They didn't care that I had a claim statement showing a credit to my account postmarked after the date on this "new statement". I even called my old insurance, but couldn't get any proof of this bill. The management of their billing is outrageous and will try to scam you. They admitted that their old billing was done incorrectly, yet now they are hunting down old patients and forcing them to pay new charges that were never shown before. I wish I could go back in time - I would've found a different doctor instead.

I went with her to one of her appointments to understand why she didn't like him. I saw firsthand his complete lack of bedside manner. My mom had her last appointment with him today, and she found it completely HORRIBLE. She is still experiencing pain in her entire arm from a fall that occurred at the end of January while at work. All this doctor did was prescribe physical therapy and provide a subpar letter stating "light duty," even though there isn't such work available at her job. Dr. Shamash refused to conduct any follow-up X-rays or MRIs to investigate potential injuries to her shoulder beyond the fracture in her elbow. My mom is in her 60s; she is not in her 20s or 40s, where healing might occur within a few weeks. Something is wrong if her hand continues to swell, and her arm remains painful even after three months! She described him as rude, stating that he told her there was nothing more he could do for her and suggested she find another job. IS HE SERIOUS? She is also the owner. She books 7 people at a time. You are there for two hours, waiting for your turn to receive therapy. When it's finally your turn, she spends 10 minutes with you. Those 10 minutes were the most painful of my life. She twisted my arm so much I almost passed out from the pain. With tears in my eyes, I asked her to stop. She explained to me that the pain is necessary for healing. After two weeks of this, I told her she was hurting me and I was not getting any better. I guess she was insulted because after that my insurance company informed me that they would not pay for any more visits because the therapist called and told them I was fine and didn't need physical therepy. She lied to the insurance company so i could not go anywhere else to get the help I needed. She's very unprofessional. Do not go here.
