Firstly, I was never contacted by a provider with my first test results for my pregnancy until I reached out to your office myself. This lack of internal communication was concerning and made me feel like my health was not a priority. Secondly, I had a concerning issue with my thyroid that I asked to be tested for, but it was forgotten during my lab work. I had to come back to the office for another blood test and was charged for an additional visit, even though it was your mistake. No one took accountability or even apologized until I came in person to talk. Thirdly, I had billing issues with your office charging me twice for a bill I had already paid. It took me weeks to get it resolved, and it caused a lot of unnecessary stress. Additionally, it was difficult for me to reach a provider as I had to convince the front desk to leave a message for the doctor since there was no other way to contact them. Overall, I do not recommend your practice as I felt like I was just another business transaction and not a person. I am leaving your practice to find better patient care that values communication, accountability, and patient needs.

I was nervous to switch at 24 weeks pregnant, but made the plunge after a friend recounted their experience. This was the BEST decision I could have made for my pregnancy and labor/delivery. It was evident from my first visit that all of these professionals are deeply passionate about what they do. The receptionists were so friendly and welcoming; they always remembered who I was, and greeted me warmly upon my arrival. The nurses were so gentle and sweet, and I felt that they truly cared for me and my well being. I cannot say enough wonderful things about all of the midwives on staff. Each midwife proved to be an expert in her field. They all showed kindness and compassion for me, and were invested in my experience throughout the process. They all spent a considerable amount of time with me for each appointment to ensure all my questions were addressed, and that I felt comfortable and at ease. When it came time to deliver, the midwife on call was PHENOMENAL; she exceeded all of my expectations. It felt as though she didn't leave my side for the full 36 hours, although at some point she managed to deliver 4 other babies. Being a first time mom, she was very patient with me and explained things thoroughly as I progressed. I felt like we were a team, and that I was in full control of the process. I was looking for a practice that would allow for a low intervention birth, and I found it here with NSAGO. I felt safe that, should I become high risk at any time, the team would have the tools to ensure a smooth delivery, all the way up to a C-section if necessary. Thanks to the expertise of my team, I was able to deliver vaginally. I can say with certainty that this would not have been the same experience had I stayed with my former practice of OBs. Dr. Oh took the time to review my images and then sat down with me to go over her thoughts, answer my questions, and talk about how she recommended we move forward. I was so impressed and put at ease by this interaction. I finally felt like someone was giving it to me straight and like I had a voice into my care. Following this appointment, I transitioned to this being my primary OBGYNE provider. When we started trying to conceive at the end of 2018 and had difficulty, Dr. Oh again was so gracious, patient, and sympathetic. She helped us navigate some preliminary testing to check if anything was amiss as we continued to try. When we finally, thankfully were able to conceive on our own, Dr. Oh came in to the room for our first appointment and celebrated with us. We could sense her genuine excitement for us after trying for almost a year. I have experienced these doctors in some challenging medical situations. Not only my ovarian cyst, and trying to conceive, but also a subchorionic hematoma, difficult delivery, and now progesterone shots for my second pregnancy. Dr. Heiberger commanded the room with a firm but calm demeanor when I was delivering my first son and had complications. The nurses have gone to battle for me in this pregnancy with the specialty pharmacy to make sure I get my weekly progesterone shots delivered on time. I can't say enough good things about this place. This practice has been an excellent place for me and my growing family.

A crushing and heartbreaking experience from a Dr we saw (only through zoom, and charged $200 each time just to tell us what was happing next in a 5 minute meeting) a couple of times in our 2 year experience with them. This place just wants their money and I will be contacting my lawyer as everywhere else we went couldn't figure out why they wouldn't implant embryo.

I thought breast exams are standard for a women's wellness exam, but I had to specifically request one from the doctor before she walked out the door. The doctor did not address one of the two issues I discussed with her; I had to send an email asking for follow up. Comparatively, my post-visit summary listed numerous "items covered in the exam" that we never actually discussed! After one visit with this office, I am considering going elsewhere next year. I am extremely displeased with the billing team's lack of responsiveness, and I am unhappy with the medical team's lack of attention to detail.
