But the key to recognize is that they checked their schedule of appointments a few days ahead, realized they weren't ready for the appointment because a 'piece' is missing, and affirmatively reached out to me to reschedule in the days leading up to the appointment, rather than me finding out the hard way by showing up at the appointed time and getting bad news. I have been going there for over 2 years. My dentist is Dr. Gabriel Trujillo who is very knowledgeable and professional in his field. In general this office is well run, very knowledgeable and polite team, impeccable sanitation, top notch technology. They have done for me crowns and a mouth guard on site among other dental work. I have recommended to friends and their experience has been excellent as well. On my way out, I also enjoy their coffee available in the lobby area. Rosie is the hygienist I've been seeing and I've only ever once in my life have had as clean teeth as I have after my cleanings with her. The other time was abroad when I requested a deluxe cleaning. Dr. Trujillo is a fantastic and holistic dentist as is the rest of her team. They actually look at the whole picture of what's going on in your life too make sure you're getting good care. Rarely have I sat waiting for a long time for the doctor to come by or hygienists to coordinate with each other. They seem to be pretty efficient and still warm/kind. Their services are a little pricey (not sure if this is a standard cost that's changed in recent years) but they're very clear and up front about any and all costs. So be sure to check with insurance and their front desk and ask if anything is confusing. Plus we all know pricing is bc our healthcare system is busted, not bc of this practitioner ofc.
