Do not go there, not terribly nice, send random bills and view you as a dollar sign, not a client.

Because I always believe that early intervention, and being proactive is better to prevent a bigger issue and complications. So I told them I did not want to wait and I would pay out of pocket and not to charge insurance. We'll had the appointment the agreed to do both top teeth at the same visit. They scheduled the appointment and told me they would make the crown there so I would not have to wait. So I went in for a long day. The right upper was fine. The left upper, they just kept filing and filing and just could not seam to get it right. When it was in I was numb so After I had the numbness wear off. The tooth did not feel right. I had informed t b I'm on several occasions it was too big for me and was uncomfortable. They kept trying to adjust it by filing it down. I asked them to replace it. They keep ignoring my request and tell me that the tooth was always sticking out. I KNOW HOW MY TEETH ARE that was a lie. To this day they refuse to fix the problem. Also they charged me insurance after paying for the complete bill when the appointment was set up. They owe me $300.00 and have yet to pay me. They are not patient centered. My husband also had a temporary crown placed and the minute he walked in from that appointment it fell out. The same Dr Cathy that Put in my crown crooked because it was too big for the space. ​

I've only taken 600mg of ibprofen as more of a precautionary measure but I'm literally doing very well. I recommend this doctor to anyone!!!!! He's amazing! I will also mention I had TERRIBLE anxiety for days before the procedure. There was no reason. He was in and out very quickly! Update 6 months later! Everything healed wonderfully with no complications. Do what this man tells you and you will be well. His office did call and check on my status which I think is professional and caring. I am so incredibly grateful that we did. Not only did Dr. Algenio take time out of his vacation over the Fourth of July holiday to call us personally, but he was also able to save my daughter's tooth when the previous dentist had planned to pull it. He had her completely taken care of in the same amount of time we had already spent waiting just to get her in to be seen by the other dentist.
