We should have gone with our gut. After booking appointments months in advance for both of our boys we ultimately ended up telling them to cancel our appointments moments before the scheduled time because of their inability to clearly communicate via text or pick up a phone to discuss their required new patient forms that we never received a link to. The chain of events went as follows. I received a text a few days prior to our visit confirming our appointment. I responded back "YES" to confirm as requested. Then I received a text saying that they emailed me a link to the new patient forms. I let them know that I had not received the email and was never responded back to. The morning of our appointments, I received another text stating that they had not received our forms yet. I texted back letting them know that I never received the email again and asked them to call me. I was told that they would call back after they were off the phone. They never returned my call and then gave me attitude when I showed up for our appointments because the forms had not been filled out yet. When I complained, in person, that no one ever picks up the phone there or calls back as they say they will, I was told that they were really busy that morning. No thanks... called another pediatric dentist that actually picked up the phone, made our appointments, emailed us a "Welcome to our practice" email with an online registration and calendar reminder about an hour after we spoke with them.

Why do I love this office? I have had two procedures: 1. Four wisdom teeth removed 2. A tooth…read moreimplant 1. It took 15 minutes. I went in at 9 am and was out by 10 am. I had no issues. 2. I went in at 1:30 pm, was given x-rays and nitrous, and Dr. Hansen noticed I was clearly anxious about the procedure. He told me to let him know if I experienced any pain, and after half an hour, I had a new artificial root. He also advised me, to the detriment of his pocket book, that the second implant I wanted wasn't necessary for my long-term oral health. Later that night, Dr. Hansen called my cell to check up on me. Yes, sometimes the nurses are sometimes curt, but the competency of Dr. Hansen surpasses any expectations I have of a medical professional. Everybody hates the dentist, surgery, and waiting in an office, but if I have someone in charge of my care, I'd rather have someone like him.

I was able to get in same day by noon and leaving around 2pm. I was very nervous doing this since it was new territory for me but I felt more and more at ease with each interaction. The front desk ladies made sure to go over all the documentation I was signing and also went over all my options for anesthesia as well as after care instructions. They were very patient with me and could tell I was a bit anxious. I will say, I did have to wait a bit before being taken back but this is expected with a same day appointment so I am not in the least bit upset! I waited no more than 30 minutes!! The Doctor answered all my questions and even made sure to over inform me on everything that would be happening while I was under. I do not remember falling asleep or waking up, it felt like a matter of minutes. These ladies made my experience a walk in the park. I am currently on day 4 post-op and have very little pain and swelling! I could not be happier with my experience and level of service everyone provided.

Came to FSG because they processed through medical insurance. After booking the second appointment, I let them know that I had new insurance, and wanted to get that process going. I called no less than three separate times to speak with the insurance coordinator. Left messages, multiple times, with all the information. Today, on the day of my appointment they finally call back as i'm on my way to the appointment, and tell me that they didn't listen to any of my voicemails. They don't charge insurance any longer. When i got to the office they said it would be $1200. Its not even about the money, its about the fact that the office is so poorly run that they couldn't tell me that ahead of time. I'm in pain and need that treatment, now I have to make a new appointment somewhere else, and wait another month to get relief.

Dr. Sheridan took time to talk to me and plan my care and she sat down with my hubby, and talked to him. She made a call and got me in the same day with some one who could help me out of my pain. So even though its my first visit, and she didnt even get to work on me... she will be my family dentist.
