I was really impressed with the trainers and people when first joined in Sept 2019. I haven't taken a class there since the pandemic hit, almost a year, I asked them to lower my membership tier, they said it would be a $68 fee to lower my membership, perhaps I would be ok with this if these 4 things weren't true, They do not care about the gym. They do not care about the staff. They do not care about the customer. And there wasn't a pandemic!!!! But here we are. Clearly, the fact that they would rather charge me $68 dollars than keep me as a member when I have spent WAY more than $68 a month, should tell everything you need to know about this company.

I can't comment on how the classes are because it never made it that far. When I called, I asked…read morefor pricing information and the lady on the phone sidestepped my question and asked "When can you come down?". As a sales manager, I was actually impressed but I asked again and she said she would "email me all the information". I relented. That email was just a video of the gym. That's called a lie. I went down there while they had a class going and it was extremely loud but I said I would come to take a class in later that day. Before I left, the lady asked if I wanted to buy the wraps now (skin in the game tactic) and I said no. When I arrived for the "free class" the man behind the counter said, "1st class will be $25 and wraps are included". I asked what the monthly charge is and he said "We go over that after class" I said I am not going to buy wraps if I don't know what the monthly charge is. He looked at me with disdain but quickly went back to the cheerful salesman. Another person started going over the prices with me and it reminded me of a follow-the-ball under-the-cup game. She kept flipping the paper over to show their "amazing schedule" which I admit was pretty good. I couldn't afford it but even if I could I don't think I would have signed up. Just be transparent and don't waste my time.

Almost a month ago, I stepped out of my comfort zone, reached out to a complete stranger, and asked…read morefor help with making a change in myself. For me, the gym has always been an intimidating place where I wander around guessing what exercises I think I should do, how many, and how much weight I should be using . Maybe I could eventually make some progress that way, but I have been down that road enough times to know I never get very far and end up quitting. I needed some guidance. I was nervous since I've never worked with a personal trainer before, but Arsen put my nerves at ease right away. We talked about my goal and how I would reach it, and before I knew it, I was "sitting down having a cup of coffee" -which is not as fun as it sounds - since I quickly learned this meant doing a wall squat. Arsen shows me how to do the exercises I need and most importantly how to do them properly. He provides workouts along with videos incase you forget how to do something he showed you for days you're not there ,goes over your nutrition with you, and is always accessible if you have any questions. He's professional, yet fun. I am always laughing during our sessions, even when I'm dying on the last set and he's told me I "only" have 10 seconds left about 15 times. His gym eliminates that self conscious feeling of looks from other people because when you work out it is just the two of you. Certain exercises I had to start with low weights because I'd never worked out that part of my body before, I told him I felt like a whimp, but he always reminds me that everyone has to start somewhere. He knows how it feels to be unhappy with your body, because he has been there too. His motivation and genuine interest in your success are infectious. He makes you feel super comfortable and says nothing but encouraging things. Knowing the hard work and time he puts into you as a client gives you another level of accountability. This time I feel like I won't give up, because i know I wouldn't just be letting myself down, but I'd be letting someone else down also. Most times I forget I'm paying him because it feels like working out with a supportive, knowledgeable friend. Though, instead of spending money on unnecessary material items that will lose their value in a few years as I always do, I feel like I'm finally investing in myself, something that will never lose value. My particular goal will take time, and will not be achieved overnight but I'm not worried about the time, it will pass anyway. With Arsen's guidance, I am eating healthier and already feel better about myself. I have more energy and no longer feel as self conscious going to the gym. Rest days have become my least favorite days because I am always looking forward to the next session. I am super excited to continue my journey with Arsen and feel confident that if he can help me with my goal, he can help you with yours too!

They still accepted my gift card and thankfully so as I decided to go for some relaxation and skin preparation for my wedding. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was absolutely wonderful and relaxing. The woman at the front desk was extremely kind and answered any questions I had about anything. She was super sweet! She literally walked me backed explaining their process because it was my first time being there. Everything was clean and clozy and they have a waiting room outside the immaculate bathroom with multiple, private showers and very homey-feeling restrooms (it's a whole room with a door that fully closes - no stalls or anything of that nature) and even little benches in the bathroom so you can rest your belongings there. After changing into my luxurious soft robe and slippers (think croc material, good for cleaning) I waited in the relaxation room before being individually called by my esthetician/therapist. She walked me to my individual room, complete with a sink, massage table, another bench, plenty of hooks and closets for their supplies so they do not leave throughout the treatment, except to get you a glass of water at the end . She explained everything to me and inquired about my routine and skin type and kept politely checking to make sure I was comfortable throughout the experience. My therapist was Jada Lynne and although I selected "any therapist", I was very happy with her approach, kindness and informative knowledge that I will definitely select her on purpose next time. From the facial to the lower legs and feet treatment PLUSH arm and hand massage I felt EXTREMELY relaxed as I lead a busy lifestyle and that is sometimes hard for me, I was very thankful for the good vibes and peace she radiated. As she led me back to the relaxation room after the Tranquilty Signature Facial I felt so relaxed and honestly a little disoriented in a good way. I rarely treat myself to anything and this was just that, a real treat. I sat for a few minutes, drinking water and tea while soaking up the relaxation and did not feel rushed at all, by anyone at any time. Everyone was so nice and they have a beautiful selection of merchandise/skin care/natural little odds and ends in their lobby as well. Thank you Tranquility Wellness Spa, I will definitely be back very soon! Although I live Easton, the experience and service I received will keep me coming back for more!
