That was $200. I needed to come back for a root canal. My appointment was for noon. Once again, I had to wait in the waiting room until 12:15. Then they put me in a room. I didn't even get my anesthesia for another 10 minutes. And then they left me again for 10 minutes for it to kick in. The bedside manner of the doctor was not there at all. There was no apology, nothing for the lateness. I'm sorry my time is just as valuable as every single person in that office. When I booked the appointment I asked how long the root canal appointment was going to take and I was told, 60-70 minutes. I was there for 2 hours, 120 minutes!!! What kind of compensation do I get for that??? Nothing. What a joke. If they knew they were behind they should have called, and I would have left my job a little later. And they wanted me there 20 minutes prior to the appointment time? For what, for me to sit in the waiting room? I'm pretty sure If we got compensated for our "waiting time" things would be more timely. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

He was constantly checking in on me, he was explaining things before and during when they were happening so I didn't feel surprised. He was cheery in his demeanor every time I interacted with him and did what was best for me and my tooth. The building is relatively small (but not cramped) and completely updated to look like a modern, inviting home. The feeling of home is echoed in the friendliness of each and every staff member. All of them are polite, professional, and friendly. Considering a dentist's office is the LAST place you want to be they definitely go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. Both doctor and tech were open about each step without being intimidating. They are genuinely concerned for your comfort and conduct themselves effectively without being heavy handed. Booking an appointment is great. They send email confirmations with calendar entries for convenience. Rescheduling is a breeze. After leaving from a tooth extraction I was unexpectedly given a "gift from the tooth fairy" which included a custom thank you card and a gift certificate for a treat. At first, I was doing treatment with Invisalign. When I came to his office for a consult, he asked tons of questions about my experience despite what my previous Orthodontist was telling him. It was like he was wanting to know what I wanted to do rather than run with what my Orthodontist wanted. After I considered wearing braces and starting over because I was tired of waiting for Invisalign and felt that the progress was moving along too slow, he accepted me. My appointment wasn't until weeks later to make sure that I was sure about my decision and I didn't have to pay anything down until the braces were applied. Ever since the application of my braces, I've been very satisfied. He explains what he doing and gives me an update on how my teeth are moving. Since I chose the ceramic braces, he even gave me the option to come in more frequently to have the rubber bands changed because they stain very easily. I'm very happy with my results so far as it's been about 4 months.

Appointment scheduled for Dec 30 as the Doctor was on vacation until then. I had a confusing entry on my calendar and called the office today (Dec 29) to clarify the date/time. I was told it is scheduled for Dec 30 .... but the doctor has decided to take more time off and I would have to reschedule. They just wasted $3K of my money. I will need more work done next year which is why I scheduled for Dec 30 to use up my balance for 2025. Of course they are sorry. I never got a call ... nothing. I will never go back there. I will never recommend. I will share my experience with others.

The dental hygienists are also a great team, I've had cleanings with both Mary's and they're so good at what they do that I look forward to my appointments.
