Dr. Brown was so amazing, I ended up having to get a root canal and I didn't feel a thing. The best room canal I have ever had.

Not that anyone wants to have a root canal, but sometimes we must. Yesterday was my 2nd one with…read moreDr. Finn. I must admit it was a great experience. I walked over from my dentist, they were able to get me in the very next day. I was treated so kindly. They did everything to make me comfortable, gave me the best neck pillow, one for my knees and also had great music playing. Dr. Finn is very kind, gentle and funny. She did a fantastic job numbing me up, made sure I was comfortable as my nerve was on fire. I didn't feel a thing. They gave me a little rest break and I was in and out of there in no time. My first experience was very complicated as the last dentist left a little piece of the tool in my canal. I told Dr. Finn I really wanted to save the tooth. She wasn't sure she would be able to retrieve the instrument but she did and I have never had an issue again with that tooth. So in summary, if you ever need a root canal, please don't be afraid and go see Dr. Finn. Thank you to everyone on staff

From the front office staff to the clinical team in the back, everyone is professional, kind, and incredibly well run. Let's be honest--no one likes getting a root canal. Sometimes they're just necessary. My first experience with Dr. Sherman was during an emergency when my own dentist wouldn't do the procedure, and that's how I found him. More recently, I had another root canal that wasn't an emergency, but still came with plenty of stress. I brought my headphones and listened to relaxing music while Dr. Sherman did his magic. I'm not even kidding--at one point I'm pretty sure I fell asleep! Before I knew it, the procedure was done and I was on my way. Having someone so skilled, calm, and trustworthy makes all the difference when you're feeling vulnerable in the dental chair. I'm truly grateful for Dr. Sherman and his entire team. Thank you for such outstanding care!

She knew exactly the right spot to inject to make me feel comfortable and pain free. She also helped me with a TMJ massage, which felt sooo good! She is also a great listener and very patient. I felt heard, understood, and cared for. The root canal experience was very smooth, efficient, and quick. Dr. Merchant made sure I was okay and I appreciated him giving me updates on what he was doing from time to time. He was very confident and I can immediately tell i'm in great hands. Also, their gentle wave makes me feel more reassured everything is all cleaned out too. If I am needing another root canal, I'm for sure coming back here no matter how far it is from where I am (i'm out of town). Overall, this is the place to go to for root canals and you will have the best experience ever.

I went to the office and was greeted by the office staff who were very courteous. I was handed a lot of papers to fill out. After waiting a few more minutes, the dental tech came and we exchanged small chit chat. She then escorted me to the exam room. Dr. Le then came in and asked what the problem was. After I shared with him about my sore tooth, he asked if I wanted the root canal right then. I was very surprised and said "yes." He took x-rays and proceeded with the root canal. Well, my experience with Dr. Le and his technician were most favorable. The two of them worked like professionals. There was very little or no conversation and each knew their role. Dr. Le had my kind of music playing (60s and 70s) and every once in a while, Dr. Le would sing along. As I stated before, a root canal isn't the most pleasant of procedures, but Dr. Le made sure that I was comfortable and in a way...I guess I was. I had plenty of "numbing" shots and didn't feel a thing. The day after the root canal, Dr Le himself called me to see how I was doing. I was doing well. No pain. Usually an office staff person calls. I really liked that. I recommend Dr. Le. His office is in the TruCare building.

Honestly, I wanted to write a review as soon as I got out of my first visit. That is how positive my experience was. Dr. Salgado, Stephanie and Michelle has made their office such a warm, friendly, and amazing environment. I never thought I would ever say those words about a dentist office. Let me start off by saying that in the 40 something years I've been going to the dentist, I have always had an enormous fear and anxiety over going. I remember white knuckling the chair just about every appointment and TONS of pain. So when the money became a problem, it was the perfect excuse for me to stop going, because I couldn't afford it. I never had great teeth but needless to say, it got worse. Even taking medication for that anxiety didn't help. That fear became so profound, that I skipped going for years. Prior to going to Dr. Salgado, I tried to get back into this and take care of the problems that I was having. The prior office seemed so aggressive in their handling and they stated that I needed work that turned out to be not necessary. Fast forward to the present day. After all of that neglect on my part, I ended up developing a pretty painful tooth infection and had to find another dentist. In my first visit to Creative Smiles, you can tell right off the bat that every staff member genuinely cares. Michelle has such a friendly demeanor when you walk through the door that it automatically puts you at ease. She has gone above and beyond in ensuring that I have all the info I need but most importantly, she ensures that I understand it. I've been to other offices where they don't even to explain and they even get mad if you ask too many questions (because they did not explain). . I truly appreciate the whole team's attention to detail. I have not had the opportunity to work with Stephanie directly but I'm looking forward to it. She has already been a wealth of knowledge. She recently explained something to me regarding my flipper tooth. I know this should have been common sense on my part but she never shamed me for not knowing. It was not explained to me by my prior dentist, the ramifications of not wearing your stay plate consistently. As with Michelle, Stephanie is always friendly. Her positive energy makes for a warm inviting environment. As for Dr Salgado, there are not enough words to explain what a stellar doctor he is. When I came in for the first time because I had tooth pain, initially it was supposed to be a consultation but he ended up going above and beyond to try and do some of the prep work so I can go to the Endodontist to get some relief. He provided a treatment plan and options but what I appreciate a lot is that he did not tell me I need things that were unnecessary like another office did. Dr Salgado takes you every step of the way during the process which helps so much and curbs any anxiety that might come up. One thing I appreciate very much is that he knows I am working with a limited amount of funds. Not once has he tried to steer me toward the more expensive option or take the easy way out and just pull them. I was told by another office pulling them would be the best way to go. Dr Salgado is trying to save my teeth. He has made me aware of my options and has tried to help me stay within my budget. Dr Salgado has a way of putting patients at ease. I can honestly say that there has NOT been a time when I was not petrified of going to the dentist. But during my first visit and each subsequent visits I can say I was not nervous and had ZERO anxiety which has never happen before. He is very thorough every visit and does everything he can to save your teeth. I know I said this earlier but that Dr. Salgado and team truly cares about their patients and they try very hard to improve oral health and change lives. I'm very happy with the work that has been done so far. The whole team is passionate about what they do and it shows exponentially. Dr Salgado is energetic and enthusiastic about his work which in turn makes me more motivated to take care of myself. A step at a time, I will be able to face the world with confidence and a better smile.

Instead of automatically pushing the more expensive route, he focused on saving my tooth and doing what actually made sense -- which also saved me a lot of money. That level of integrity and care is rare and very appreciated. Donna, his dental assistant, was amazing as well. She clearly takes so much pride in her work and it shows. She was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and had some of the best customer service I've experienced in a medical office. She made me feel comfortable and at ease the entire time. Dr. Greiner and Donna together made what could have been a stressful visit a really positive experience. They were both kind, helpful, and genuinely cared. I would absolutely recommend this office to anyone looking for an endodontist who is honest, thorough, and truly patient-focused.

Dr Malin shot a CT scan, looked over the x-rays sent by my dentist (so I didn't have to pay for another set), and experimented with cold air and water. Considering he could have sold me the root canal, he's clearly one very honest fellow. He's also friendly and good-humored, one of the good guys we occasionally meet in life.
