I trusted them and they failed me. Never considered what I've been telling them about my pain. They push a lot of treatment plans for you and once they are done, they think you're free from infection, pain or any discomfort. They will never understand what you're trying to tell them. I had a root canal on my molar (14) with Dr. Bouzid and Ive been complaining about inflammation and discomfort after that for months. He never acknowledged and said he can't help with anything. After one year, I have a endodontist tell me that there's still infection and I have to retreat the root canal tooth. Also Ive been complaining about a gap in my teeth (2 and 3) and asked to replace a crown nearby so that there's a good fit and eventually thinking it would fill my gap as well. Well, it did not and I have been complaining to him. He went ahead and shaved my perfectly non sensitive second molar off to fill the gap. Ever since then, I have been having sensitivity and pain in my second molar. He knows I have already been going through pain for the last two years and on top of it, now because of his treatment, I have been suffering even worse pain and suffering. It's a complete waste of time and money. Im writing this review so that they start listening to what their patients say and not simply push down the treatment plan on them. I'm still suffering to this day and hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. read more

I wasn't the biggest fan of this dentist. I had a decent experience with the dental hygienist who was kind and performed the cleaning with no pain at all. However when the dentist himself came into the room to speak to me, he was a bit rude. I had some basic questions about Invisalign and he was extremely impatient with me...my mistake for not doing enough homework before going to the dentist. When I told him I was going to pass on Invisalign, he left the room (I guess he realized he wasn't making the sale?) . That was my only interaction with him. It was all very odd for a first visit, and needless to say I have since found a new dentist in the area since. read more

iTooth is very pushy about services. I had an uncomfortable visit in January where I was recommended to replace all my fillings amongst various other services. I was skeptical as my previous dentists had never mentioned this before so I decided to get multiple second opinions, all of whom were shocked by iTooth's proposal. They did not see any problems with my fillings and did not recommend I get them replaced as that would do more harm than good. The staff were very kind, but I cannot recommend going to iTooth for dental procedures. read more

Walking into Dr. Bouzid's office, one is warmly welcomed. His waiting area is cozy and pleasant. I've been a long time patient of Dr. Bouzid but for the last three years I've been living in Livermore and seeing another dentist. Upon returning first for an amazing dental hygiene...the best ever...with Mrs. Bouzid and then a new crown, I am so happy to be back! Dr. Bouzid discovered a crack in an existing crown and was able to replace it and saving my tooth before any more damage. He has some of the latest equipment and was able to make the new crown on site while I was comfortably reclining. And it was a perfect fit! I've always found Dr. B and his staff to be highly professional, knowledgeable and thorough, kind, and gentle. I feel I'm in good hands when I need to see a dentist. But Dr Bouzid and his staff make it easy and with little stress. They make me feel like I'm a *partner* in my health--and Dr Bouzid and their team want me to succeed. Whereas at other dentists I felt like I was getting scolded at for the issues I was having with my dental health, with iTooth Dental, I feel like cheering me on to succeed with my dental health. I also appreciate some of the innovative techniques that are used in the office that make the "extra" dental work go smooth. Crowns? Milled in office while you wait so you don't have to deal with a temporary crown and two appointments. Need a filling? They have an innovative suction tool so you don't have 16 things jammed into your mouth. Even their dental scaler for scrapping off tarter is like nothing I've experienced before! It makes the whole cleaning process gentle and fast. I've had a handful of appointments post-COVID lockdown and I feel very safe in the office. When I first came to iTooth dental my teeth were in really bad shape. I had never focused on dental hygiene and my molars were completely decayed and I had never flossed in my life. Parissa, who was my hygienist at the time was extremely helpful, patient and a great professional overall. She not only took care of my teeth and gums but also got me into a habit of regular dental hygiene. I owe my dental health to her and I decided to leave a review to appreciate how much she helped me. Even after I moved out of Cupertino I continued to come to itooth dental. Unfortunately she had to take a break from work due to family reasons. My new hygienist Mrs Bouzid is also great. I like that iTooth dental does not feel like a commercial enterprise but more like a family run business. They have a small team but everyone is helpful and trying to do their best. read more

Dentist visits are probably not supposed to be fun - I mean, who likes having their teeth drilled? But Dee always makes my dental visits enjoyable and takes patient care really seriously and makes me and my family feel so comfortable. She remembers little details about our conversations and about my family - who all go to iTooth - which make the visits something to look forward to! And beyond that, I always leave with a much cleaner, whiter smile and no stains at all (which is a miracle considering how much coffee I drink). Excellent dentistry and fantastic people. After researching online for almost 2 months we finally ended up with Dr. Bouzid. Had a consultation and currently in the process of getting our teeth fixed. The staff have been so helpful. Frm Tara at thefront office who will willingly go the extra mile in explaining insurance, paperwork to Parisa and Myra who I have interacted with. This review is for my visit over a year ago. They must be highly skilled, but I preferred other dental clinics. The clinic was very clean. The hygenest cleaned my tooth so well. I think she was the best hygienist I have ever had. But the issue was like others said, the receptionist took me to another room to sell their deep cleaning. I felt very uncomfortable with their approach. At my previous clinics, I was never asked for deep cleaning. Another issue was how they treated my cracked tooth. They only mentioned that fixing my tooth would take only one day. I should have asked about the treatment in detail. Maybe detailed explanation was in the attachment documents which new patients are required to read and sign. I don't know. I felt panicked when I noticed the dentist and a different hygienist were cutting my tooth. After cutting the tooth, they were to put the artificial cover on top. I guess that is a new technology. I thought they were going to make a mold or use filling. So I regret it too late. When the anesthesia was gone, I felt so much pain. I even told them about my pain when I went back to complete the procedure on the same day. But the dentist and the hygienist ignored me and kept talking about the color of my new artificial tooth cover. I asked my friend for advice who used to work at a different dentist, and she mentioned that the dentist must have cut my tooth too deep. Even now, I can't use the tooth when eating food because I feel pain. The clinic was not meant for me. read more

Without a doubt, ITooth dental is the best dentist I've been to thus far and I am glad I was referred to them for my teeth cleaning. Dr. Bouzid and his team are very professional people, they will explain the treatment very well and calmly. they are great with children, I feel confident, I know that are diagnosis is right. never it will push you consumption. He speaks french and English and for me it's easier to understand in french. We have moved the last year but I still to come in his office even if I do an hour in traffic.
