Many management companies would just go through the motions but never get things done, or do a half baked job, get vendors that overcharged so they could collect their VIG off the back end of a project. I could always trust Allen to do the right thing and get things done quickly and efficiently. He always answered my calls no matter the time of day or night, then again, that was years ago and I am talking from previous experience. Allen helped me achieve many long term key goals I had set for our complex during my administration @ PC.He helped me put in a keyless fob entry security system that tracked access of individually numbered fobs and limited access to certain areas for members of the association. We put in security cameras to monitor all entrances to the complex so we could cut down on car break ins in the garage and unauthorized entrances to the complex. We reconverted the mens and ladies locker rooms in the basement of the Rec Building into a full on gym, remodeled the bathrooms on the main floor in the Rec Building to have steam rooms, resurfaced both pools and 3 jacuzzis. We also converted an area in the front of the building into a concierge / guard station. We also resurfaced the foam roofs and he completed a termite abatement project I started before I moved away. Allen was a great resource and brought in some wonderful people to work who still work at the complex today. Antonio Compos was always a joy to work with, did awesome work for a fair price.That is probably why he is still doing work there today. All in all, if I had to do it all again I would hire Allen over at AME PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. Nice guy.
