Getting in and out was a breeze. Didn't have to wait. I got my allergy test, results and was gone within 45 minutes. The staff was friendly, likable, and competent. I really don't have anything bad to say, but I take off 1 star, because the protocol was, "You have mild allergies to these few things. I can call you in prescriptions, or you can come in for shots." Like... forever?! I guess that's the standard operating procedure, but my discernment leads me to Option 3: do nothing. Or maybe take the RX temporarily as needed for my situation. I'm not really trying to be taking meds or getting shots for "slight" allergies I didn't even know I had. While I realize some people do suffer and need them, I don't think this is me. I'm not trying to be on meds as a lifestyle. Overall a good experience. It's nice to know what I'm slightly allergic to. I'm glad I'm an established patient now and can seek an RX for when I feel like I need it.

Dr. Blumberg has been very helpful when I see him drifting check ins. Bianca at the front desk is a joy, and I love the nurse in the injection room [whose name escapes me at the moment but I will update when I remember!!].

While our first impression wasn't off to a great start, the rest of our time here yielded the 4 stars. The receptionist wasn't the most friendly and seemed annoyed by being asked for the new patient paperwork - she said they'll give me the rest when we are called. I've never experienced that before, typically medical offices appreciate the paperwork being completed ASAP so that was odd. We were seen rather quickly, and also prepped beforehand by being told the appointment would be 4-6 hours BUT give us the results and everything in 1 swing. The nurses were all really friendly, and I can't say enough great things about Dr. Call. Seriously. He wanted to get to know us and our daughters symptoms, and he truly felt like an old family friend. So they didn't test for soy initially, and we had to go back and get that one which was a pain, but overall ended up being there just shy of 4 hours. I think we were a little confused on the part where we say "we want to be tested for X, Y, and Z" and when the doctor asked about what she eats regularly. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience for our daughter.

More times than not over the last few months, I've had to leave after showing up for my shot because the wait was too long. I've not waited less than 45 minutes the last few times that I've actually gotten my shots. It doesn't matter if it's peak time or not -- ever since they stopped doing shots on Wednesdays, it's gotten even worse. I'm in the process of shifting my care elsewhere. I can't do the showing up for shots and having to leave and come back multiple times.

I went in for suspected food allergies. They really rushed the process, discounted my allergic…read morereactions, and were not able to find the cause using their very routine test. The staff was not particularly pleasant, and the doctor was less than concerned with finding the cause. Still, I suffer from severe allergic reactions to foods that I'm being left to diagnose myself through deductive reasoning. Face swelling, hives, etc. They've been very very attentive to the $400 bill, but have not once followe up to ask how my reactions have been. Cha ching...

I have been dealing with sinus problems, headaches, and allergies all my life and about a year ago…read moreI decided it was time to go to an allergist to figure out what was wreaking havoc on my immune system. Going to an allergist was intimidating at first. I didn't know what to expect. All I knew was that I was fed up and it was time to get rid of the eye puffiness, constant fatigue, and bags under my eyes due to congestion. This place was right around the corner from my house so I decided to check it out. The doctor was very friendly! More than anything, I was just excited to find out what my allergy was. The whole time I was hoping and praying that it wasn't cats, as I love my kitty so much and I couldn't ever imagine giving him away. Dr. Feinstein made me feel very comfortable and explained how everything was going to go. They would prick me with all different types of allergens and then observe which area produced a reaction. I got injected with everything from all types of pollens, to pet dander, to grass. Don't be turned off by that "injection" word either. It's really just a prick. Anyway, some time passed and lo and behold one of the spots produced a pretty sizable reaction. The culprit? Dust mites. Great. I'm allergic to something that you can't get rid of and is everywhere. I'm telling you it ain't easy being me! After the diagnosis, Dr. Feinstein fave me some great information about how to keep my allergy at bay. A nasal spray prescription and some Zyrtec seem to be doing a good job at reducing my reactions. I have also made other adjustments like covering my mattress, pillows, and getting a dust mite resistant comforter. So far, so good! Thank you Dr. Feinstein for solving a 20 something year old mystery!

Friendly reception, nurses, and specialist…read more Everyone takes time to make you feel comfortable, down to patient having thermostat control in the room when you disrobe for allergy testing. Dr. Margaret Sigman is thorough, asks loads of questions, and is patient in her listening. She made sure every question that I had was answered. The appointment was paced so that I got in and out in a relatively short amount of time, but I was never rushed. Dr. Sigman spent a good amount of time with me. The nurse, Michelle, was lovely. Calls to reception and in-person interactions at the front desk were pleasant. Everyone is helpful and prompt. I was able to get in for my first appointment very quickly. I really like this practice and will continue my care with them.

I had a billing issue and for two months I left messages for the billing department asking for a return call so the issue could be resolved. I eventually called the office and reached a new employee who didn't know enough to help. She offered to leave a message to have the billing department call me the next business day. They didn't. I eventually called for the office manager. She blamed me for the issue, told me she would tell the billing company to call, but I needed to call more. When I explained that was not a sufficient resolution and that someone had to be able to offer me more than "I will call them but you should keep calling." She told me they are not the billing department as if that meant they are not responsible for their own billing department. When i got upset by her lack of wanting to help, she told me to calm down. I got more of a reaction out of her for being upset than she showed for their billing company's incompetence.
