My mother had originally paid to have cables run through the wall so it looks neat as well as…read moremounting of the tv, but when the technician arrived, he said it could not be done with no reasonable explanation. He then a adjusted the bill by removing the work for cabling run through the walls. The job he did mounting the tv was fine but he did not check to see everything was working because soundbar was not. He had plugged the sound bar into HDMI port 2 instead of the ARC port which I had to fix. He had also plugged the blue ray player into ARC port which also is not correct and had to fixed as well. The cabling was extremely poor laying the cabling over the TV mount joint restricting it from its designed purpose. It also could damage the HDMI cables when you rotate the adjustable mount. The technician was clearly in rush to get the job done from the start and it reflects in the sketchy work that was performed. He clearly took advantage of an elderly woman. Emailed company and they are unwilling to resolve this issue. Buyer beware!!! Stay away from this company.

Tom was super helpful in the selection process, with all kinds of great advice and input that helped me figure out what set I wanted to buy. I bought it through Tom, and saved on what I would have paid at Best Buy. Nick did the installation, and he was just great - really nice, informative, provided some solutions we hadn't thought of, such as hiding the cable box, Amazon Fire TV, etc. behind the flat screen, eliminating all of the cable mess along the wall. Nick was super knowledgeable about EVERYTHING - the cable system, wireless, 4K TVs, etc. - he was the best install guy I've ever seen. I will not hesitate to use Shore Home Solutions again, and I will recommend them to anyone who wants professional and quality audio video services - they are the BEST!

Recently we had reception problems and the online Direct TV service representative was unable to solve the problem and we were told that a service rep. could not come for 1 1/2 weeks + we needed a new control box ($100) and we needed a 2 year service contract (approximately $9.99/mo.) Faced with being without TV for 1 1/2 weeks I called COOK'S TV and Jen answered, consulted with service man, James, and immediately sugested resetting the Direct TV control box. Within 2 minutes the Cook's TV team solved our problem and negated the anticipated extra Direct TV expenses. Cook's TV proved to us again how competent and customer oriented they are!!
