I've been a patient for over 7 years and have consistently gotten the very best dental care. The fact that I have my teeth is thanks to Dr. Rossetti.
If you're looking for an office with a cozy, family vibe and great staff, that has all the high tech options the big, impersonal practices have, this is your place.
I also opted to take my kids here (till they left for school), as it's a great place for the whole family, and I'd rather have my kids seen by someone I completely trust.
You can go to a dentist for years and be satisfied, but you really find out what a dentist / practice is like when things go wrong. This is where I would put Dr. Rossetti head and shoulders over any other dentist.
As mentioned, I'm a longtime patient, complete with the shenanigans of your typical terrified-of-dental-procedures people. When I got laid off from my job I lost my dental insurance, so I just stopped showing up to my appointments. Really bad idea.
A couple nights ago one of my molars cracked, then just broke off. Panic. I had not been in the office for over 2 years (ONLY because I lost my insurance and did not know there's an option for people without insurance that is very affordable and a better deal than anything else I could find).
So I called the office, and they had me come right in. I was treated with the utmost kindness by everyone here. My situation ended up being complicated, and I thanked god (and Dr. R) multiple times that this is the place that I landed to have it taken care of. Dr. Rossetti explained everything and all my options in a way I could fully understand, even in my badly frightened state. I feel I got the very best care, and shudder to think what may have happened if I had been somewhere else.
You are not just a patient number here. They really do treat you like family. Dr. Rossetti is the kindest, most compassionate and talented professional I've ever met. These are not just words, and not given lightly. The entire staff is fantastic as well, from the front office to the hygienists - all consummate professionals, all considerate and friendly.
Now that I'm middle aged, I realize how important maintenance is. I was so relieved to find out about the office's plan for uninsured people. Even as a chicken, I would not have waited til I had a crisis if I had known and gotten myself on this plan.
But more importantly, I have found that seldom in this world do you encounter true kindness and compassion. Not only does Dr. Rossetti embody these qualities, he's a great dentist as well. I feel fortunate to have found a dentist I trust implicitly to help me make the best decisions, and to understand all the reasons why. I'd never go anywhere else in Richmond for any dental issue. read more
