She has several techniques she uses: adjustments, a fascia gun, red light therapy, the table itself to adjust, a neck posture pump, massage, supplements and likely other methods I can't recall. Going in to my appointment I was greeted with the friendliest staff who made me feel so welcomed. They are so nice and easy to work with. The appointment itself was absolutely amazing! I started with a great massage by an amazing woman who was so nice and very friendly. She was always cautious to make sure I was never in any pain and that the pressure was tolerable. She never once hurt me and never made me feel bad, uncomfortable, pressure. Then finally Dr. Miceli herself is amazing. I can tell that she knows what she is doing because of how I felt after she worked on me. She was quick and new exactly what to do. She used everything that was available to her and the whole adjustment felt very customized to me. She worked on every part of me that I felt tightness and/or aching in. I started seeing Dr. Miceli weekly in 2020 for debilitating lower back pain. Work was extra stressful during the COVID pandemic, and after a couple weekly visits, my muscle spasms reduced and I was able to sit comfortably again. I stopped seeing her after a few months once I was back to my usual self, and restarted my visits in January once I reached the middle mark of my pregnancy. I was experiencing intense numbing in my hips and legs every time I laid down to sleep on my side. After a few sessions every other week with Dr. Miceli, I was sleeping through the night again. Dr. Miceli is a Miracle worker. I was having pain in my left foot for over a year. So I was seen by an Orthopedic Specialist, he said I was growing a callus inside my foot. The office itself looks a little run-down, but Dr. Miceli and the staff are kind and they really know how to do their job. Dr. Miceli only spends about 10-15 mins on me, but I feel so loose and relaxed afterwards. A twist and crack here and there, and then she uses the punching tool for a few minutes to find where I need the most attention and voila! instant relief. Even though I feel much better after the chiro session, I always add the 25 min massage session with Tracy. This is where I feel like they actually spend time on you and find and take out all the knots on your back. Don't expect a relaxing, spa-like massage though, she focuses on the areas that really needs attention and digs deep to take out the most stubborn of knots.
