I realize staffing is a problem almost everywhere you go, but it still could be improved. We witnessed two store associates get into an argument with each other over going to the bathroom. He took so much time to go over my pond and its layout and find the best possible solutions for me and then went into detail and showed me facts as to why certain things did what they do. I wish I had found this place sooner. If you are in the beginning stages of pond development or if you have been established for years Chuck is willing to work with everyone. I was in multiple times before I ever made a purchase. He didn't want to sell me something that wouldn't work for my situation so we made sure everything was as it should be.
