The staff is excellent on being very professional (Alex, the owner, Maria, his wife, Jessie) yet warm, friendly, helpful with complex tasks like passport photos, packing fragile items, patiently and respectfully attending to senior customers who require longer time to complete their transactions and always going the extra mile in making sure all customers' needs are fulfilled. We appreciate the reliable service and attention to detail. Convenience & Speed: Thoughtful in offering a large table/desk with chairs for customers needing to sit down to do their business, other places only offer all transactions over the counter, disregarding senior customers' special needs and disabled needs. Postal Solutions has shorter lines and multi-carrier drop-offs (handling USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL in one place) We have used many of Postal Solution's services if not all during our long association of 24 years with them. We have 2 different businesses and almost daily use their services.
