He has an impeccable bedside manner, is extremely knowledgeable, transparent about expectations, and genuinely cares about your results and happiness.I'm only 2.5 weeks post-op and can already tell the results will be incredible--possibly even life-changing. Make no mistake: you have to put in the work and follow post-op instructions closely to get the best outcome, but Dr. Nathan truly sets you up for success. One technical detail that makes Dr. Nathan stand out is his ability to minimize scarring on the breasts (lift). The incisions are incredibly fine--noticeably different from the before-and-afters I've seen from friends who went elsewhere for the same procedure. In July 2023, after having another baby a total Mommy Makeover was necessary. Dr. Rian Maerks did a tummy tuck, micro facelift, upper eyelid and lower eyelid surgery on me. All in one! The first 3 days the recovery was challenging with 3 kids, but on the fourth day I was already able to function a little and started working in less than a week! I am a extreme perfectionist and it is very difficult to satisfy me. As a patient I can be pretty annoying and picky, especially if it is about my beauty, but Dr. Rian Maerks was so patient, friendly and professional and the results are fascinating! I LOVE my new me! When inquiring and asking the Dr. face to face in the exam room (after treatment about the discount in an email I received), She said that her assistant would come back in with the pricing. Yet moments later the Dr. and her assistant began whispering back and forth just outside the open door about it. This practice is more concerned with revenue than the services and in my opinion, are way overpriced compared to my former Board Certified dermatologist.

That's my experience at every doctors office I've been to, until now. At One Medical in Brickell you're welcomed into an open living room setting by Bri and Eliza who are both super friendly and professional. Don't get too comfy in the waiting room because you'll be taken on time (in my case they took me early.) And it wasn't a nurse or assistant who came out to greet me. It was the doctor herself. Dr. Rosie Singh is awesome. Friendly, knowledgable, compassionate, very easy to talk with. She explained a medical condition better than the specialist who treated me. for it. She gave me around 30 minutes of her undivided attention (unlike a previous primary care physician who breezed in and out of the examining room in minutes!) Her follow up was same day. I went to have my lab work done after my physical and waited less than five minutes to be seen (I went on a weekday morning.) Adriana took my blood sample and was a gentle pro (despite my uncooperative veins!) Plus, my lab results were ready the very next day complete with Dr Singh's comments. Every inch of the office is immaculate. This is not your typical doctor's office visit. While I hope I don't have to visit frequently, it will be a pleasure to return to One Medical.
