Did not want to change bedding because it was middle of night, would flip them around and have you reuse them.

Review of Diamond Post care My experience with this post-surgical recovery home was extremely disappointing. The facility and its services fell far below the standards advertised, and I feel compelled to share my experience to warn others. 1. Misrepresentation and Lack of Professionalism The recovery home falsely advertises itself as a professional, licensed, and qualified facility. In reality: * The staff is not licensed or trained to provide adequate post-surgical care. * Communication is poor; many staff members do not speak English, making it difficult to communicate needs or concerns effectively. * The facility operates in a highly unprofessional manner, with no clear schedule for essential services like garment washing, dressing changes, or medication administration. 2. Substandard Care and Neglect * Insufficient Post-Surgical Support: Dressing changes were delayed, and staff often expressed irritation when asked for assistance. This is unacceptable, especially since proper dressing and garment care are critical for preventing infection. * Medication Oversight: I discovered post-surgical injections I was supposed to take for 10 days left untouched in a drawer. No one informed me of their importance or assisted me with administering them. * Overcrowded Conditions: The facility is severely overbooked. Despite being promised a two-person room, I shared a space with multiple other patients. At one point, 12 individuals were sharing a three-bedroom home with only two bathrooms. This created long waits for showers, restrooms, and assistance. 3. Poor Nutrition and Living Environment * Inadequate Meals: The meals provided were nothing like those shown on the facility's website or social media. Portions were small, cheap, and lacked the nutrition needed for recovery. Snacks consisted mainly of junk food like chips, which are not appropriate for healing after surgery. * Uncomfortable and Unhygienic Conditions: * Rooms were cramped and lacked proper ventilation. Windows were not opened, and patients were forced to breathe stale, shared air in overcrowded spaces. * The vehicle used for transportation was not the comfortable van advertised but a small, dirty SUV that was extremely uncomfortable for post-surgical patients. 4. Additional Costs and Harassment * Hidden Fees: Despite being told that transportation to medical appointments was included, I was charged large for each ride and they said I would be kicked out if I choose my own uber or Lyft that was more reasonably priced for my 5 minute drive. * Unprofessional Driver Behavior: The driver made inappropriate and sexually harassing comments toward me and other patients. This included questions about our bodies and surgery, whistling, and other unwelcome advances, which made the situation highly uncomfortable and unsafe. 5. Refusal of Refunds When I requested to leave early due to these unacceptable conditions, my request for a refund was denied. The facility insists on cash payments, which further limits accountability and makes it harder to dispute charges. In conclusion This facility fails to meet even the most basic standards for post-surgical care. The combination of misrepresentation, unqualified staff, neglect, poor living conditions, and unprofessional behavior creates an unsafe and stressful environment for recovery. Patients should avoid this recovery home, as it does not provide the care and support necessary after surgery. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision and avoid the negative experience I had.

Her intentions are pure and her services are too. You have to check her out if you're in the Brickell area. 10/10 highly recommend.

If I could give negative stars, I would…read more I've been coming to this establishment for almost 13 years. I don't know if ownership changed somewhere along the way, but the quality has declined drastically over the last 8-9 years. I am a licensed massage therapist with nearly 20 years of experience, so I do know the difference between proper bodywork and poor technique. In the early years, this place was a great find and very convenient to where I live. But over time the staff changed, and with that, so did the quality. After several disappointing sessions, I stopped coming. Every now and then I would give it another chance, hoping to have an experience like before--and every time I left frustrated, with no relief, and upset that I wasted both my time and money. Last night was the confirmation that this establishment has lost my business forever. The therapist who worked on me clearly did not know what she was doing. Her nails were too long, her touch was rough, and she repeatedly left the room during the session for no apparent reason. She only worked one side of my upper body, and when I politely asked her to address the other side she insisted she already had. After voicing my concerns, the massage did not improve--in fact, it felt like she became irritated and intentionally applied pressure in a way that caused pain, not relief. I woke up feeling significantly worse than when I walked in. This was NOT normal post-deep tissue soreness. I am now having to get acupuncture to reduce the neck inflammation she caused by massaging toward the cervical spine rather than away from it, as well as inflammation in my forearms and hands due to improper directional technique. These are basic fundamentals that any trained massage therapist should know. It's possible there are competent therapists here--but after my experiences, along with my husband's and a close friend's negative experiences over the years, I cannot recommend this establishment to anyone who actually understands or needs proper massage therapy. I'm not writing this to attack the business--this is constructive. If you want loyal, returning customers, then the therapists must be properly trained and evaluated. Not once in 13 years have I ever been asked about medical history, injuries, or allergies--basic questions expected in any professional massage setting to ensure client safety. I'm officially done with this establishment, and I hope this review encourages improvement for the sake of future clients.

She was warm, personal, and 1000% knows her anatomy by the way she focused in on my knots and worked intentionally on them. She starts and ends the massage with deep breathing and she also gave me "feedback" after each massage on areas I could work on at home. Check-in was always quick, friendly, and efficient. The massage area is designed beautifully with a "chic shipwreck" kind of feel with the wave breaking background noise, soft light, and decor. Maybe changing up the music every once in a while would be welcome but I think this is their brand. I will say the main reason I stopped my membership was the cost. To add deep tissue and other enhancements is $20 each on top of tip and the membership price. it was a worthwhile investment for my body for some months, but the pricing was too indulgent for my capacity. However, would go back and totally recommend Kre!
