The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home even though I'm just in town visiting. My nail tech was meticulous and took their time to make sure every detail was perfect. The shape, the polish, the overall finish--everything came out beautiful! You can really tell they care about their work and about making sure clients leave happy. I've been to plenty of nail salons back home in Seattle, but Miami Nails truly stood out for their professionalism, attention to detail, and warm customer service. When I first started, a technician told me what I wanted was "too expensive," which felt inappropriate since it's not anyone's place to decide what I can afford. I switched to another tech and have been seeing her for about 10 months. She does good work, but I recently ran into the same issue again -- I requested a specific design and was told it was "too much." That explanation was unclear and frustrating. If something costs more or takes more time, just say that upfront. I don't mind paying for what I want -- I just expect clear communication and respect. The service is fine, but the experience is frustrating. I always ask for an express manicure because I only want my cuticles cleaned up and my nails trimmed. I don't want the massage, hot towels, or any of the extra services. Even though I'm clear about what I want, I'm consistently charged for a more expensive service at checkout. I've been a regular customer, but this keeps happening. I don't mind tipping for good service, but I do mind being charged for services I didn't ask for and having my requests ignored. I needed a pedicure last minute for a party of 4 and I looked everywhere but Miami Nails got my attention for the aesthetics. I called them when they opened and asked if they had an opening at 11am for a party of four for a pedicure and they said yes. Gave them my name and number and got a text saying my appointment was confirmed. It's in the same plaza as Vintage Stock near the Walmart. Very easy to find and staff were nice. We checked in using the tablet upfront and were seated right away and the massage chairs were a plus! Lilly was absolutely amazing and she took her time to make sure my experience was perfect and indeed it was. They gave 3 types of pedicures to choose from and I chose the most premium one and it was worth every dollar. Aesthetics were real and I'm only coming here now for my pedicures. I can see why this place has only 2.5 stars... It was one of the only places open Mother's Day evening, but I went in with an open mind. The website claims to be relaxing, but it's really not. The tech Daisy who did my pedicure was really rough in handling my feet. She also dug into my ingrown toenail - I pulled away but it was too late. Now, less than 24hrs later, it's all red and painful to bear weight on. If it ends up needing a doctors appointment I will be filing a more formal complaint. Also, the staff was yelling in their native language across the room to each other rather often and my tech spent most of her time talking to the techs on the left and right of us. It would be nice if they offered wine to customers, because the two young (seemingly underage) gals at the front were taking turns trying a glass of red wine and giggling about how gross it was. My daughter got her nails painted but they switched techs on her 3 times and she kept looking at me confused with an uncomfortable look on her face. The lady who did my gel manicure appeared to do a good job but when I got home one of my nails already had a scuff on it. This is because she did not coat it very well with topcoat. Thankfully, I have topcoat and a UV light at home so I was able to prevent it from further tarnishing. Won't be back. read more

My girl Tammy here can do any design you can think of! But make an appointment and be on time! She stays busy and booked up. Clean and sanitized location. Complimentary water or soda. Massage chairs while you wait are amazing! Been coming here since 2019 and love it! Few times booking was messed up but Tammy is worth the wait!!! I've always been impressed with Miami nails until last Thursday. Let me start by saying that Hai was great with my pedicure, however, the manicurist charged me for the most expensive manicure which I usually get but she left off several things because she was in a hurry to get to a regular customer. When I questioned it at the register the receptionist went to the manicurist and she lied saying that paraffin wax and rocks were not included which is not true according to their menu. I didn't get any hot rocks and the paraffin wax but hai gave me the arm and neck massage. I visited my family in Broken Arrow and needed to get my nails filled and a pedicure. After looking around, I found Miami Nails and booked an appointment. Tina was my nail technician, and I don't recall the name of the gentleman who gave me a pedicure, but both were fantastic! I opted for the Royal Pedicure, and it was absolutely worth the price. Tina also gave me dip nails with a Halloween design, which were incredibly cute. When I return to Broken Arrow and need a nail salon, Miami Nails will definitely be my go-to place. read more

I decided to scrounge up my pennies and dollars to enjoy a much needed pedicure. I was assigned to Karen #1, i immediately noticed there was a language barrier and someone fairly new to my eyes. I visit this location every three weeks and have a shellac pedicure done. The previous and more seasoned ladies have always done a fab job, however today, that was not the case. I decided to opt out of shellac and just go with regular polish, and here's why: the cutdown of the nail was much needed and she did, there was minimal filing, poor massage, and the polish work - so awful that I just could not walk out with my toes looking the way they did. There was a lot of distraction on her end, she would stop and talk to her colleague in their native language, which I believe was partially the reason for her downfall with my service. After I mentioned my concerns to the owner, she brought Ivy (the colleague/interpreter) over to re-do my nails. The left toe was cut much shorter than the right, she clipped my cuticle on my right toe, and the polish was streaky and not clean. Ivy, filed down the right toe, not perfect but there was not much to work with, I know she was upset, either at the fact that I may have had her friend in trouble? Or that she had to re-do the whole service because she was rough on my toes, pulling on them, scraping, it was not comfortable. However, she did take care of my ingrown and we ended on going through with shellac at a discounted price. I left the salon neither happy nor sad, and now just waiting for my nails to grow back to give this salon another go. Moral of the story is, speak up even if it's at the start of your service, they will accommodate you. read more

Update: I've called the salon based on their response to my review and they refused to correct the situation, citing they only guarantee nails for one week. I explained that my shellac nails came off in chunks within a week and was out of the country. Nail service and customer service is terrible! I got shellac polish on my nails and toes before my cruise. I've been coming to the salon for years but I'm HIGHLY disappointed as my gel polish has come off each finger in chunks. It didn't even last a week and now my nails aren't done for vacation. Not happy at all! read more

Decent manicure but not the best dip nails I've had for sure. A bit disappointed in the quality. This place is clean and the decor is great, lovely people, just not great quality nails..Hoping this is a one off time and of course it's always hard to say something as they are doing them once that top gloss coat is on you finally can tell what was wrong. He jabbed and cut my finger which resulted in a pretty bad infection. When he was done, he gave his utensils 2 quick sprays and put them in his case. Another woman's foot was cut and the tech did nothing. The daughter saw the blood and got a manager so her mom's foot would be treated. Their own description of a "classic" pedicure was not followed in any way, no massage, no exfoliating, lukewarm towel, etc. Just terrible from start to finish, friend who came with got an even worse treatment and was forced to watch video where they tried to justify she got the whole treatment in a rude and condescending manner. Water was incredibly hot so I said something and he fixed it, brought out a hot towel and put it right on my legs and burned me pretty bad then rubbed my burning legs with the towel and I did tell him it was hot. My pedicure was normal, but they do charge $15 extra for gel. Move on to my fingers, it was painful getting my cuticles pushed back on my toes and nails, water was super hot. Brought out some cuticle cutters that did not look clean and cut me pretty bad with them. Apologized. Not impressed with my nails. I won't be back. Paid $100 for subpar service and my finger to have a chuck of skin cut off and to stop the bleeding he put alcohol in it and used nail glue to stop bleeding. No compensation or anything. They do not do refunds and I now understand why they have a sign that says that. Don't waste your time here. read more

I have been going to Miami Nails for YEARS! However today fully shaped my mind of this establishment. The past couple of years they have increased the prices so much. They advertise one price and after the service is completed it is completely different. Today my daughter went and had her nails done in French tip and they charged her $20 more than normal. Then when I called up there to address it they quote the normal price and said she must have had a manicure too. I said no she didn't. Then the lady said, "Oh it is because she got them so long." I explained my daughter didn't want them that long and doesn't like them as you the tip is past the free edge so you can see her natural nail. It literally looks like her nails have grown out already. Not to mention they are too long for her to wear for work. My daughter said she asked them twice to cut them down and she wanted them shorter-- so then they CHARGE HER FOR IT! Taking advantage of my child is not okay. She has been going there since she was little with me, and on her own the past year or two. Never again. read more

Absolutely the worst nail salon STAY AWAY. I have been to this Salon twice and this was the second time but I was going out of town. Inconsistent techs, inexperienced and rude. I came with a friend and they separated us which I understood. However the lady who was working on my nails (station 1) was up and down, walking around talking to other techs and on the phone. I sat in her chair at 5:17 and by 5:57 she had only put the nail tips on. Not due to the salon being busy, just because she was too busy socializing and sharing supplies with the person sitting next to her. My friend was about 85% done with her nails at this point. The tech put two nails on completely crooked and when I asked her to fix it she moved me to someone else. At this point I was frustrated and she kept offering me discount. However I just wasted an hour sitting in her chair, had my fingers in dirty water and the tools she was using were clearly not clean nor sterile. No matter how many times I told the lady to stop talking to me she kept on and on. Never apologizing for her behavior, just antagonizing the situation to the point I asked to leave. Second lady was a blessing. She finished my nails and was polite. Fast forward to two days later when I'm on vacation my nail LITERALLY POPS off like a press on. Whole acrylic just lifts off my real nail. Today I come back to the salon (my third visit) and the lady that I thought did my nails apparently wasn't. I only remembered the desk I was sat at and not the tech since I've only been here twice. However this lady was extremely rude to me and then started clearly talking LOUD in her language with the other workers. To the point the other techs started staring at me. Extremely unprofessional and rude. Then for the front end tech to attempt at recovery by saying "she does not speak good English). No, that was NOT the problem. It was clear that she had an attitude. There are a few (maybe two techs out of the 15-18 techs) that are hustling to get customers taken care of while the others are rude, unprofessional and gossip about the customers. read more

Overall great experience. They are open till 830 which is awesome! I work in the medical field and cannot have long fun nails therefore went for a simple shellac manicure and feel like the nail artist did a wonderful job. The woman sitting beside me got a full set which looked awesome and they recommended some jewels and diamonds to put on a few fingers. They placed a couple different designs on her nail until they found the one that the customer was happiest with which I feel is a big plus. I arrive at 8:15 in the evening they were very busy but I did not have to wait more than five minutes and they continue to accommodate customers till a little after their closing time. They also ask and encourage every customer to get both a manicure and pedicure even though it was past 8:30. While I was there there was one rude customer that was whining about the type of tips they put on her nails. After applying the tits and shaping them to one of her hands, the nail artist asked if she likes and it was okay and the customer responded no this isn't what I wanted. What I heard from ease dropping in on her very loud conversation, I guess she wanted clear tips instead of the clear off-white tips they put on her nail. The nail artist apologize profusely and discussed fixing and replacing the tips right away and the customer refused and continued to whine and complain about the tips. I'm not sure why she didn't mention she didn't like the tips after they brought them out but to each their own. The woman was approached and apologized to by the manager and another nail artist who tried to alleviate the situation, however she continued to deny wanting anything done and wanted them to continue on with the manicure and continue to use the tips she didn't like that she continued to complain about. I feel like the woman at this point was just looking to get her nails done for free or at a discount but I'm not sure. Not my circus not my monkeys. I feel that the staff did a really good job of being kind to a person who was being so ugly toward them. HONEST REVIEW This was my first visit but it was horrible. The young lady was in a big hurry and they weren't busy. She cut my skin around my toe nail and it was bad. She didn't follow sanitary guide lines and my toes looked Terrible. I specifically ask her to make my heels smooth they aren't back but just slightly need smoothing so she used a blade I was shocked. They normally just use a buffer. She was literally shaving my skin off and my heels are not in bad shape at all. In fact I really didn't need it. I will not be going back.
