When my family was embarking on a cruise from Fort Lauderdale, I thought this would be the perfect opportunity to introduce my own kids to the Jungle Queen. It's a short boat ride that takes you through the canals behind the mansions and quasi-famous homes on the water. Your guide on board will tell you about the homes and landmarks you pass en route. There is a bar on board, so no need to sail sober! LOL There are also a few snacks for purchase. The air movement on the boat keeps you from getting too warm, even when the sun is blazing, but don't forget your sunscreen. There's no bad seat aboard. All in all, it's a nice little boat ride if you're looking to get outside and burn some time in Fort Lauderdale. There is a string of food shops along the waterfront outside the entrance, so you can plan to grab lunch or dinner before or after your ride. We really enjoyed our trip, but I'm deducting one star due to the boat traffic (which I know they cannot really help). Maneuvering around all the other drunks in their watercraft was kind of a drag.

The date of the party there was missing tables we were 106 pp and we have only chairs for 90 pp, I ask for the list of the guess and she did not have it. She say that for sure the number was 100 pp, missing centerpiece that I have to improvise and make one , the cake was not setup properly and the Cake Swing my husband help setup and advised her that it was not going to hold. After 10 mint the cake and everything flew to the floor and she wants to blame my husband, of course some needs to be blame, also she promise la hora loca with 2 robots that one of them shutdown and we finish with 1 robot. After 3 30 hours she did not even tell us that the party have to end, she took the microphone to let the guess know that was the last song. When we arrange the party with her she express that it was going to be all night. We confront her and ask her to say that the guess were sitting waiting 6 30 pm when I specifically ask her before I when to get ready were the guess will wait until we start the party, the next day she send an audio to my friend that the party end early because I took longer taking pictures to my daughter. I do not recommend this agency at least not for events, the following date we have a catamaran Excursión at 11 am when one of my guess when to Yes location they advised then that the Excursión it was change at 2 pm . Total desaster, the date we return the bus pick us up at 6 am when the fly was at 11 am. Very disappointed that we expense so much money just for her to put it in her pocket. She did not do anything at all. I do not recommend her at all.

I must've asked a dozen questions, and he answered each one with patience, depth, and a smile. Rosie and Vanessa were fantastic, too -- warm, professional, and clearly proud of the work being done there. Together, the three of them made the tour feel personal, seamless, and really fun. Watching how humans and robots work side by side was mesmerizing -- boxes moving like a perfectly choreographed dance, scanners flashing, conveyors whirring, and everything running with precision and purpose. The building itself was spotless and massive, yet somehow Fred made it feel intimate and easy to follow. I left in total awe of the efficiency, innovation, and teamwork that keeps Amazon running. They even held our phones to snap pictures for us as we walked to the helicopter. The headphones had a connection issue which made one or the other work but there wasn't much talking needed anyways. Lol the view was beautiful and the pilot pointed out landmarks like star island and answered any questions we had. Only issue I had was they asked if we wanted the doors on or off. I wanted on. But the front where the pilot was had the doors off so it was a cold ride. Wish they made that more clear. Other than that it was a fun experience for us both.
