I was supposed to rent a 458 Italia for 24 hours for my birthday. However, somebody had wrecked the 458 the day before I was to rent it. Sean tried to locate a 458 for me to use but was unable to find one on short notice. So, he provided me with a free upgrade to a Lamborghini Huracan. (Usually ~$400 more) Further, the last person to rent the Huracan was late in returning it, causing me to wait over an hour to pick it up in the morning thus missing a snorkel trip (and losing my deposit on) I had planned in the Keys. Because of this, Premier extended my rental from 24hrs to 27 hours allowing me to make an additional day trip to the Everglades the second day I had the car. This also made up for the fact that I had to wait around the morning of my rental for the Huracan to be ready. As for the Huracan - an amazing vehicle. I put ~300 miles on the car in 27hrs taking two day trips: one to Key Largo and another to the Everglades. The Huracan was essentially brand new - it hit 5000 miles while I was driving it. The alignment was proper, tires in good shape, interior clean (besides some trash left in console by previous renter) and the car drove straight and true, even at high speeds ;). My only issues with the car itself is that they gave it to me unwashed, with under half a tank of gas, and the windshield washer fluid light was on. Further, the low oil light came on during my second trip (the Huracan needs an oil change around 5k miles post-break in and it's not uncommon for it to burn oil during this period, leading to low oil reading) which is not a problem itself, but the beeping and warning light coming on every ~10 minutes during a 1.5 hour drive was annoying. Lastly, the car had a few scratches on it. The wiper fluid and oil was an easy thing for them to check and mitigate before my rental, where they knew I'd be driving ~300 miles, but I understand they were already running late and rushing to get me the car. The scratches could have been fixed easily on a slow day - generally when you rent a car of this caliber you expect it to be in flawless condition. That being said, the car was amazing, Premier's customer service was amazing, and I'd definitely recommend Premier to anyone looking to rent an exotic. Their prices are better than other local exotic rental companies (probably because of their lower overhead as they work out of a desk in a budget hotel lobby) and their car selection is the same quality as others that I looked at. Sean gave me a good price, and My remaining deposit after paying for the extra miles was refunded the next day with no problems. Looking forward to renting with premier again - next time I'll go for the Ferrari. :) Thanks guys!
