This was my very first time using Ryan and his company, We Own South Beach Concierge. I wanted to celebrate my Birthday weekend in style at Fontainebleau and checked all rates on Priceline. Before I booked, a friend of mine mentioned We Own South Beach and when I called, Ryan answered personally. Not only did Ryan accommodate a much better rate than Priceline, I was given VIP access at check-in, personalized photo cookies that were waiting in my suite along with complimentary bottled water. Ryan also provided a complimentary spa pass for use of the amenities. I had the best Birthday weekend and I really appreciate the efforts of We Own South Beach. Thanks for going above and beyond! I will definitely reach out to Ryan and his team when I plan my next trip to Miami!

They accommodated our every need in the room and even managed to secure us reservations at Joe's Stone Crab despite it being fully booked. Their level of service, responsiveness, and attention to detail will absolutely not leave you disappointed if you choose to work with Ryan and his team. I would also like to add that our room at the Fontainebleau was exceptional. It had an incredible view and was impeccably clean upon arrival, which immediately set the tone for a great stay. Ryan personally followed up with us throughout the trip, consistently checking in to make sure everything was going well and to see if we needed anything at all. That kind of care and professionalism truly made our experience unforgettable.

I got hired on to work 30 hours a week at $16 and hour along with whatever the rate per course/class is. My first week I worked well over 40 hours, taking care of task that I already knew how to do. Come pay day, I'm told that this is the training period and I will receive $150 for the 40 hours worked or nothing at all. I make it through the training period and i am suppose to get my full hourly wage no matter what, and guess what? There suddenly isn't any work. It make sense why Pedro typically hires younger females with little to no self respect or esteem, because they won't stand up for themselves and they'll play along with his narratives, even if the are wrong or disrespectful. Because when I stood up for myself and my property he tried to get physical with me at his co working space in Wynwood. Now, Pedro won't pay me for the hours I worked because I stood up for myself and in the process he embarrassed himself in front of everyone he displays a fake attitude and demeanor towards. The tours and the can control course are a great time however I would just like to let you guys know what happens behind the scenes and the kind of person you're dealing with! P.s. try to catch the sober him, if ya can.

Armando and AVM Luxury Transportstion FAR EXCEEDED our expectations!!! AAAAAA+++…read more I was initially hesitant to go with AVM because I couldn't find many reviews, but Armando's communication was outstanding when I reached out, so I took the chance and I am very glad that I did. There were a total of 16 of us in our party and we had various transportation needs over a 2 week period. We needed Airport to AirBnB transportation, hourly rental while we waiting to checkin to the AirBnB, transportation from the AirBnB to the Cruise port, then transportation from the Cruiseport back to the Airport - with ALL of our luggage. Armando accommodated every request we had, including giving us a tour of Miami and recommending places to stop along the way. We had our own private Hop-On-Hop-Off tour! He even came into places with us when needed to translate and help us understand the culture in Miami. He was always on time, even early, and got us to every destination with time to spare. His service was first rate, as was his skills in handling and fitting all of our luggage, and there was A LOT of luggage. And with all that being exceptional, his communication topped it all! He responded to every text, phone call, and request immediately. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Armando and AVM Transportation to friends, family, and anyone needing transportation in any area that he services. I will definitely use him again when we are in the area. Thank you so much for an excellent experience!!
