Just like any tag agency, come prepared and ready with the right documents and money to handle…read morewhatever it is that you need to handle. My experience here at the Kendall Auto tag agency was good. I have no complaints. Upon my arrival they did have a pretty long line but nevertheless it's gonna move. I noticed a few elder women there that shouldn't be standing in line for long periods time. You could clearly see that they were of age and I understand why'd they sit on the side chairs while they desperately hold a big guard with everyone walking in making sure theirs spot in line secured and no one skips them. My opinion, there should be an express line for the elderly. I understand that every customer is treated equally no matter age race or gender,,,, but it would be nice to see that as community, we value our elders with a bit more respect. But other than that, everything went smooth and the line wasn't so bad. I was finally able renew the auto tag that I was having a hard time doing at another tag agency. Thank you guys !

After a frustrating day trying to figure out how to get our car registered in NY from out-of-state during a pandemic, I found DMV Stop and it was like the clouds parted and a ray of sunshine broke through. When I spoke with Dave over the phone and via email it was clear that he knew exactly what was needed and how to get the car registered as quickly as possible. It was a relief to know that I wouldn't be risking wasting more time by showing up at the DMV with missing documents, etc. DMV Stop told me exactly what documents were needed, provided a FedEx label to send the docs, reviewed what I sent to make sure everything was in order, and from the time they received everything it was only eight days until we received our plates in hand. I *highly* recommend this service to anyone needing to register their car during the pandemic/from out of state.
