Unfortunately, my experience at Kaplan Chiropractic was entirely the opposite. After every single session, I left the clinic in worse condition than when I walked in. To make matters worse, they pressured me into purchasing a 30-session package upfront--costing $1,300--only to receive rushed, 5-minute adjustments per visit. During one of these sessions, the practitioner mishandled my shoulder, aggravating a pre-existing injury. That single incident robbed me of my ability to practice my sport or train my clients properly. When I reached out and spent seven months trying to get them to take accountability or help me recover, they completely refused to make things right. The adjustments were consistently rough and showed a shocking lack of basic care or caution for the patient's physical well-being. Save your money, protect your body, and stay far away from this clinic.

Ironically, I had to follow that up with 2 foot surgeries so continued my pleasant visits at this location, learning how to heal quicker and gain back my mobility and strength. They also taught my husband how to fix his posture and the results were almost instant (although he has to keep up the moves on a regular basis to maintain the results). Prior to visiting his office, I have tried to alleviate the discomfort on my own with a hypervolt, stretching and foam rolling. Nothing was working. Walking into his office, you feel right at home with his warm, attentive staff. Everyone was so friendly. After an in-depth review of my health history and evaluation of my nagging injuries, he determined they were mild strains that could be treated. Dr. Narson explained the techniques and technology he would be using to get me back to lifting weights again. He used the Graston technique on both areas as well as electro therapy, which I've never experienced. I have been seen by several chiropractors in the past with various injuries, however, Dr. Narson is not your typical chiropractor. He truly is dedicated to his craft and keeping up with the latest techniques and technologies to better serve his patients. Within 24 hours of my visit, I felt a noticeable difference. Four days have passed and I'm almost 100% pain free. I've resumed lifting weights with pain-free ranges of motions at my elbow and knee. I trust and wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Narson and his team of professionals to take the greatest care of you and your family.
