I came to Gavin broken. After 5+ weeks seeing a licensed PT before seeing him, and no progress, he started on a path to results. The pains in started with were mid shoulder blades, have resulted in stretch therapy for over active traps, and a chest that was too dominant pulling every muscle in my back forward. I started with him with a constant pain level of 5, occasionally up to a 10, making it not possible to have fun. After continued chest, back, neck, and triceps work, I now have many pain free days, with an occasional 1. We are not done yet, but I see pain free in the future, as long as I do my homework. Wow....WOW....did I say WOW! I couldn't fully lift my left arm over my head. After he was done, the tightness was gone and I had full mobility. Unfortunately I live in NYC and was only visiting. Gavin changed my life! Gavin is the best! I was advised I needed to return to NY and meet with a back surgeon. Of course, I refused. It was rec to try PT. While I waited for the rec PT to call me, my husband found Gavin. He reviewed all my mri's, epidural notes and went to work. After being in pain for 3 months, not being able to sit for more than 10 minutes, I was pain free, able to sit and even touch my toes.
