I have been going to appointments weekly with Dominic for a few months. He decided to limit…read moresessions to twice a week. He said if I pay upfront, I can do more than twice a week. I asked how much that would be because I wanted to pay that. I had to reschedule appointments 2 months from now because of his "new policy" and he was unhappy about that so he "banned me" from using his services. I have been a consistent customer but he is extremely rigid and does not know how to run a business so I would not recommend using him. I have always paid on time and you never told me you had an issue with me adjusting appointments in the future. You told me as you were banning me that you had a problem with that. If you told me adjusting my appointments 1-2 months out was an issue, I would not do it. You did not communicate that in your "policy." You have no agreement I signed to go over your policy and you accept payment in cash and I always pay early. First you said I can only do two sessions per month after you've always allowed four. After you changed your policy, I asked if I could pay you for more and you said ok. I paid you and you decided to refund me. At no point did I refuse to pay. You said if I want me than 2 sessions per month, I can pay an additional $50 per session and I said I would pay that now 1-2 months in advance. I see nothing wrong with what I did. I see you throwing away a client who is consistent and pays and instead of explaining your policy, just "banning me." Very unprofessional!

PK made a great effort to examine my body and the mobility of my joints, as well as doing some gentle stretching to evaluate my needs before we began. He listened intently to my requests and asked pertinent questions about my work and lifestyle to try and more fully understand what would be most effective for my body. The massage itself was absolutely phenomenal. PK delivers amazing deep pressure where it is needed/wanted and able to tone it back to accommodate more sensitive areas. He is very intuitive but also checked in to make sure I was comfortable throughout. His intensity and pace were perfectly aligned and he was able to really focus and work through tension in particular areas without any pain. I also have very dry skin, especially in the winter months, and PK used a combination of amazing, aromatic moisturizing oils that he blended, which left my skin feeling incredibly hydrated. I also really appreciated learning more about the Eastern school of thought when it comes to massage therapy and PK's style in particular. You can tell that this is a lifelong passion that he wants to share with the world. I was able to rest, hydrate, and meditate a bit afterwards (as per his recommendation) and the combination of all of the above launched me into a state of absolute bliss. I am so grateful for meeting PK and for having this experience - I will no longer go anywhere else for my massages! Highly, Highly recommend.
