The location has an ATM inside the building with a security guard standing next to it. There is NEVER a line and the tellers are always efficient and helpful. In particular, there is a manager there - I don't know if she is the branch manager, or an assistant manager, but this woman is the textbook definition of what a manager should be. I see her interacting with the other employees in a professional and respectful manner. Towards customers, she is proactive and pleasant. I frequent this branch a lot and it is always the highlight of my day.

Recently I had a claim denied for reasons I did not understand. Three withdrawals of 100 dollars each, at the same ATM dispenser were made with one of our cards. We did not make those withdrawals. WE ARE SURE 100% The BANK denied my claim and gave me no possibilities of recourse. We were frustrated, disappointed, and surprised AT THE SAME TIME. I am 80 years old, and a bank client for over 35 years. Indeed, I expected a better understanding on their part. My only option was to terminate my account and walk away. ONE employee, whose name is Bianca was very kind to suggest trying again with the claim department. She didn't want to see me terminate my association with the bank. I did, but it was a waste of time. I immediately proceeded to terminate my account. I would suggest that my family and friends do the same. This behavior does not put WELLS FARGO on a list of customer friendly Banks. I would recommend to all who read this review to think carefully before doing business with WELLS FARGO bank. I may write more negative reviews later. this ifs just the beginning. My wish is that my 300-dollar loss will cause a more massive loss to a bank which doed not have regard for its customers, I woould recommend a smaller, family oriented bank. Gino
