I just picked up my car from Buckeye after some repairs and I could not be happier. I had originally taken my car to the Largo Honda dealership, as I had purchased an extended warranty 4.5 years ago. Largo Honda kept my car inside their repair shop for 2 weeks and quoted $737.00 because the extended warranty would not cover it (BS). I decided to take my car to Buckeye for the repairs and not only I got a much lower price but my car was fixed in less than 2 days. Ariel was very attentive and a great human being that truly cares. Ariel, way to go!!!! thank you for the BEST SERVICE. read more

I've had two different cars repaired here over the last two years through my insurance. Both times the cars came out great and we were provided excellent customer service. read more

Over charge for small jobs got it done for half the price at recommendable shop been here before but I went threw my insurance last time and they quoted my back bumper damage for $2786 but the only thing that was damaged was the bumper and tail light. read more

I have used Buckeye a few times over the last 10 years for body work on my family's cars. Every single time, they: 1) set clear expectations 2) navigate the insurance company/claim for me 3) deliver excellent craftsmanship on time and on estimate. I am always incredibly impressed and satisfied. It's great to know someone in that business that's 100% trustworthy. read more

I took my car in to get some work done. Very kind and polite full people. I got my car back it wash washed and vacuumed. I recommend this body shop!!! read more

This is a review from a extremely picky customer when it comes to auto body shops. It is near impossible to find a body shop to do perfect work. So I recently dropped my car off at buck eye to get a front bumper repainted. Miami Acura recommended them. I figured if they do all of Miami Acuras collision jobs they must be pretty good. So i go in for a estimate, body shop looks nice and organized and workers dont seem to be rushed. Met with Rich for the estimate. Good guy, he explained the cost for me and how long the repair will take, also step by step on what will be done to the car. They use good quality PPG paint. My mind was set on using buckeye after getting the estimate and hearing the process. Dropped the car off the following Monday and 3 days later like stated by Rich the car was done. Service is excellent! Now for the actual job done, this is where my review of 3 stars is focused. Now again im extremely picky when it comes to body work. A 3 star for me is a 5 star for most. So i arrive to pick up my car and the repair looks good. Color matches perfectly, clear coat looks great! I arrive home and and inspect the job deeper. texture of the paint or the orange peel of the bumper was slightly off compared to the rest of the car. It didnt match. If you look at certain angles you can tell the bumper was repainted, it has a different texture to the rest of the car. Also there was still some sanding marks that were not completely buffed out. Im sure if I go back Rich will try to correct these minor things for me, but il be leaving it as is, as correcting this will most likely result in more sanding and buffing which will remove some clear coat. Paint job overall is good, but not perfect factory finish. Overall im happy. Good reliable, trustworthy shop! I recommend them, but if your a perfectionist like me when it comes to body work, talk to Rich about it, im sure he will make sure your project will get the extra attention. Thank you Rich. read more

After years of association with Buckeye, I can say that this business is incredibly professional, with excellent service and straight-forward promises that they carefully follow through on. Rich and Ariel have always maintained the highest quality work, and their results are way above auto repair industry standards. I've always had great results, no matter what the task was. Their careful attention to color matching paint (even faded paint from our notorious sun damage) is factory perfect. They insist on OEM parts, and don't use after market replacements, another bonus. Their estimates have always been accurate, and they make sure that all costs are explicitly explained, and quickly fax all paperwork to the insurance companies. They are great about communicating with the insurer and the client, and very clear up front about how long your car will be in the shop, and what to expect. Problems that other body shops couldn't fix (like a leaky hatchback on my old '97 Honda Civic years ago) were solved by Buckeye. (And my sister's hatchback got the same perfect results.) They also fix what other shops have screwed up (so I don't bother with any other shops now....) Rich and Ariel will also patiently advise you on a less expensive recommendation if repairs are not covered by insurance (i.e. I had a big ding from some idiot opening their car door into the side of my car....and they knew, because of their high quality work, that they'd have removed the quarter panel, etc. They said if I could get a quicker dent-removal, to try it, but that they'd take care of it if I hadn't been pleased with the results, etc. So I like getting advice from them, too.) My cars have come back clean and shiny, looking much better all over than when I brought it in for their TLC! I have consistently recommended Buckeye to friends and family, and their reviews are equal to mine. I will always take my cars to Buckeye, and have insisted with my insurance companies that I won't settle for less! I trust them, and so do friends and family who have dealt with them. read more

I recently got into my first car accident...which, might I add was NOT my fault! I was recommended by Largo Honda to repair my vehicle there, since my car was a lease. I dropped my car off on a Monday and received it the following Monday. Not their fault, I couldn't pick up my car on a Friday. I read previous reviews prior to coming to Buckeye and because of that I felt more comfortable to come in. I spoke with both Rich and Ariel on a daily base, just to check on my car. They were wonderful to work with and honored my estimate from my insurance company. So, I didn't pay more than my deductible. Honestly, I would recommend this place to anyone! I already told a friend. It's hard to find reliable body shops...especially, as a woman. read more

Someone backed into my 2011 Camry while it was parked and put a huge dent in the back bumper. I took it by this place and was immediately greeted by the manager Ariel in a very professional manner, who gave me a very reasonable estimate for the repairs. I made an appointment to drop it off in a week , they finished it sooner than they said they would so I also saved money on my rental car. They matched the factory paint perfectly. I highly recommend this paint and body shop! read more

Just picked up my car from Buckeye. As always its perfectly fixed. Like new. On time, honest and professional. I highly recommend them for any body work, collision or whatever your car needs. Feel free to email me if you want to hear it in person. Regards HB hg262@bellsouth.net read more

It's taken almost 3 months to do what was at first promised to be a 3-week job! Worst Customer Service Representative Award: ARIEL! Very unprofessional... trashed the insurance company that was paying for the job and basically made me feel like a charity case cause they were "barely breaking even". In all the time that they took to get my car ready they never once called to give me a status report. I would always have to call to ask what was going on and I kept getting promised it would be ready "next week". Save yourself a headache and go to Karl's just down the street! read more

If you're a woman with an insurance claim, be on the lookout! Ariel will take you for your money and have you feeling like he's doing you a favor! Completely dishonest and unprofessional in dealing with me. He asked for a deposit and then proceeded to demand the insurance issued check. Highway robbery! After feeling totally disrespected and had, walked back and demanded my check back. Honda will be sure to hear from me. read more

Beware of this crappy shop! I take my car to repair an accident in the rear end. The fix the body but mess up my alternator, blown 4 fuses and Ariel was so coward and liar that doesn't man up to take responsibility for the mess. If you risk to take your car to this crappy shop it can cost you more of what any insurance can cover. You are beware! I give them one star in order to be ale to publish this public service caution advice, they are whortless! read more

I just got my truck back today and I couldn't be happier with the quality and professionalism from this shop! I only had my truck for 3 weeks before a lady going in the opposite direction of me dropped a box spring on the front end. They don't make them like they used to so as a result I had quite a bit of damage. I had only gone to Buckeye to get a quote for her insurance company (I had planned to take it elsewhere). After talking with Rich I knew this was where I had to get my truck fixed. He and everyone else I spoke with are very down to earth and knowledgeable people. I am so thrilled to have my truck back, just like it was the day I bought it. Thank you to Rich and your awesome crew. I will be recommending your shop every chance I get. read more

Everything with this body shop was a great experience from coordinating the work that had to be done to the quick turn around on getting the work done. Not every body shop has a team of professionals like Buckeye that provides excellent customer service. My car was returned to me looking like brand new again (interior and exterior). Many thanks to Rich and his staff. I will definitely recommend Buckeye Body Shop. read more

I brought my car here as a Geico customer after my car was hit when parked. I was going to take my car to another body shop that Geico recommended until I read the reviews. Luckily, I was recommended to come here. Both Rich and Ariel provide excellent customer service and are empathetic to the stressful situation of having to be at a body shop. They are also very thorough and were able to get a supplement from Geico since Geico did not give a high enough estimate. Rich gave me an estimated time of completion of just one week and was able to deliver on the expectations. They are extremely honest as well. One of the best surprises was that my car looked newer than before the accident! I highly recommend this body shop and would not take my car anywhere else. read more

We had a great experience at Buckeye Body Shop. Phone calls returned, estimate was provided and then the total for the work done was less than estimate! Nice people, great work. Had to replace a bumper, have it painted to match and put back on car. Not one problem with any of the work. GREAT company!! Highly recommend! read more

Excellent service! I will definitely come back. I came to get my bumper fixed they fixed it very quickly they also washed and cleaned my car too. read more

Buckeye Body Shop was highly recommended to us by a good friend. Had our Nissan Rogue repaired here recently. The owner, Rich, was wonderful. He gave us a detailed assessment of the damage, gave us options to consider re: the scope of the repair, and really walked us through the process. We felt Rich was very honest and fair and reasonable in price. There were no surprises. When we picked up the car you could not tell where the damage was. They did a beautiful job and the car was even washed and detailed. I would highly recommend Buckeye Body Shop. read more

I had the best customer service and experience ever. I met with Rich (The Owner) and Ariel (Shop's Manager), before bringing in my car for an accident repair. They were patience and definitely caring. They delivered what was promised and on-time. The process was stress free. They handled everything for me. They made sure the process with the insurance and its repairs went seamless. I can honestly say, they are professionals working on your car/vehicle. They work on a lot of high-end cars. They are very reasonable and certainly experienced. read more
