By far the best place to go for help with your transmission!!! Honest and reliable…read more My 2006 Ford Explorer was slipping out of gear regularly and had turned off on me twice while driving. After being told at a high end shop that it was probably the transmission pump and it would run about $1700 to $1900, I decided to take it somewhere else. I advised this high end shop that it may be the tranny fluid and to please check this first; however, was told that the fluid level was fine. I was referred to WiWi's by a nearby shop and when I arrived I was greeted by WiWi himself! He took me for a spin and immediately mentioned that it was probably the fluid level. He pulled the car around back while we chatted, asked his employee to top of the transmission fluid. What came next shocked me! His co- worker states "I don't know how this car was running, it just took 5 quarts of transmission fluid". I was shocked!!! The best part about it was that when I asked WiWi what I owed him, he said nothing just buy me an expresso and we call it even. Unbelievable!!! I didn't know honest people like this still existed in the auto business! WiWi's shop will always be recommended by me moving forward. P.S. I am at a bakery buying pastelitos and expresso for my new friends. :)

I'm 2 years into a 3 year lease for the 2024 Mini Smart S with Brahman. And up until now it's just…read morebeen a bit overpriced (the overall cost is about $8k short of the full price of the car) but they have been reliable and accommodating. Today I took the car in for regular scheduled maintenance, and was told they needed to keep the car over the weekend until Tuesday (it's Friday today), so I asked for a loaner. Then I encountered the most incompetent and rude service I've ever had with a car dealership. First they called me to their desk and asked for my ID, and then they spent the next 10 min doing nothing. When a different lady came up to me to ask who I was, I asked to get my ID back, and she said she needed to make a copy. I asked why she hasn't done that for the past 10 min I've been standing there. Then, and this takes the cake, they sent a guy who apologized smilingly about not having any Mini Cooper on hand and they had to give me a Hyundai as a loaner. I eventually went back to the leasing office to get my car back so I'll come back when they have a Mini loaner, and the original lady ran over and said they did have a Mini loaner. An older man went to ask them questions and they looked scared. I believe they always had the Mini loaner(s) and for some reason wanted to see if I would take a Hyundai (when I want to drive one I'll let you know and stop paying $732 a month for the lease with an $8k down payment). The guy after that started addressing me as "lady" and became quite unfriendly. I don't think these people have any training in customer service or should be in customer service. It's beyond me why they were playing games with me and trying to make my life miserable for what is otherwise an everyday transaction. Don't do business with them unless you want to be overcharged, threatened, and finagled from what you pay for.
