Extremely small portions, very pricey, five bucks for extra cheese, and mostly rice in the dish, a hard pass!!!

My kids even asked to go their again. I was not a fan of the thai dish and the edamame salad was just ok. As you walk in, it feels something like a cross between a small restaurant and fancy food court. You can order Asian dishes - pad thai or a teriyaki stirfry - or go with more than a dozen types of sauces, paired with your choice of Italian pasta. The portions here are pretty hefty and not bad for $9-14. There are specials every day that are only $7.95, that includes a dessert and a drink. If you want something other than noodles, there are pizzas, soups and salads available as well. We tried the minestrone ($3/bowl) and it was really well made, chock full of vegetables. I tried the alfredo ($10) with linguine, which had button mushrooms, spinach and sauteed red onions. It was good, but not as tasty as the alfredo at Mike's across the street. It would be nice if some fancy mushrooms were available! While it's not my first choice, I like the fact that the food is available within 10 minutes and makes it a quick meal when I have to hit the road. Great for a crowd if you're all craving something different. WIFI: Available for free. Ask the cashier for the password. DRINKS: There is a separate bar for those 18 years and older, with TV screens, broadcasting the latest sports events. Everything is well cooked, wich sometimes is the case of quinoa that is hard to cook. The service is top notch and there's also frozen yogurt wich is good. So if you're looking for an healthy meal that's the place to go.

I haven't been to Freshii in 5 years, so I was surprised to see how upscale it had started to become, without sacrificing the price and freshness of the recipes. This location in central Rouyn has only been open for the past 3 months, but the cool, chic look really grabs your attention as you pass by the giant front store window. The interior has a variety of types of seating and is fairly clean. You can make an order at the back as to whether you want a salad, a bowl or a wrap. Then you can add types of meats or add vegetarian choices like tofu or I tried the Oaxaca Bowl and was super impressed! It was a great deal for $8. Meanwhile, Sushi Shop just further down on the same street is charging $10 for half the quality. I choose to add brown rice instead of white rice and loved the taste of the spicy mayo. You can also choose to make your dish easily vegan too, since it is prepped right there on the spot. Great vibe, great food. I look forward to revisiting.

The Mussels and burgers came out first, we were in a good spot to see the kitchen in action and there was no doubt it was a well-oiled machine in action with expediting and front of hosue clearly on top of their game The burgers and mussels looked excellent, as my pizza arrived, initial bites from the other members of my party generated positive if not complimentary feedback as I prepared to tuck in. The Pizz(é), served on a square dough (odd but not unheard of), the toppings were generous, I chose Prosciutto & Apple, with confit onions and a decent cream sauce. An excellent choice were it not for the crust, the essential and timeless flatbread that defines this vessel. The serated knife provided felt like a spatula working though this dense mess, its true form somewhat betrayed by the presentation. I had to focus while my mandibles were working overtime to determine that the toppings themselves were actually quite good. The use of frozen dough is a litte disappointing considering the name of the restaurant, which while being sufficiently flat a surface to call 'pizza', would probably have a better career as a doorstop.
