The biggest problem is their portion size, they clearly do not often respect what they are advertising and their personal do not seem to take constructive criticism. I asked one if their customers representative to weight the portion of meat she had served me, she refused, it was clearly not even a third of what she was supposed to serve. If they did cut their price in half, I would recommend it, but it's clearly not worth the prices.

Like other Mexican fast-food joints, you pick a style - burritos, bowls, tacos, etc. - and then your choice of meat (or just vegetables for the vegetarians). Everything is put together in front of you and includes black beans, peppers, lettuce and sour cream. My vegetarian tacos included guacamole, but if you want extra, it is an extra $2.25. The meal comes with three salsas. I tried the verde, corn and pico de gallo. All very pretty tasty and fresh, although the verde was not as spicy as it is traditionally. Three tacos, including three salsas and an OJ set me back at $13. Pricy for fast food but everything was fresh and just the perfect size for a quick meal.

Lots of nice vegetables and a salad instead of the usual fries made me feel good too. The restaurant decor inside is surprisingly sophisticated, and it was filled with family celebrations. This was my wife's first time at a St Hubert since we are from Ontario and she was very happy with her selection. The next time we are in Val D'or we will be back to eat here again.
