Let's be honest, they must be missing a lot of sells just for that and they should modernize their approach, it seems that they are stuck in the mid 1990's. As for my recent experience, they were mostly negative. They didn't live up to my expectations and I have stopped ordering from them. Do they make the best pizza in Val-d'Or? Probably, but that's not an high achievement, considering that pizzeria in this town are mediocre at best.

The Pizz(é), served on a square dough (odd but not unheard of), the toppings were generous, I chose Prosciutto & Apple, with confit onions and a decent cream sauce. An excellent choice were it not for the crust, the essential and timeless flatbread that defines this vessel. The serated knife provided felt like a spatula working though this dense mess, its true form somewhat betrayed by the presentation. I had to focus while my mandibles were working overtime to determine that the toppings themselves were actually quite good. The use of frozen dough is a litte disappointing considering the name of the restaurant, which while being sufficiently flat a surface to call 'pizza', would probably have a better career as a doorstop.

None of the three spoke very good French and they waited 45 minutes for their food to come out, long after the rest of us had finished our (overpriced) meals. Because of that, I can't give them anymore than 2 stars. Next time I'll just suggest we go to McDonad's instead. Half the price for more or less the same quality of meal.
