My husband let them dress his salad and even he thought it was overdressed. I got the Olivia Salad ($13.65) and added chicken (for an additional $3.25). My husband got the Sofia Salad ($14.25) and added shrimp (for an additional $3.50), he also omitted the corn that usually comes with it. The Olivia Salad comes with mixed greens (mostly romaine lettuce), cucumbers, artichoke, Kalamata olives, pearl couscous, grape tomatoes, feta cheese and red onions. The dressing is the Signature Olivia dressing, which I can best describe as a creamy herb dressing. It was flavourful but way too rich and creamy for my tastes so I'm happy that I remembered to ask for the dressing on the side. The vegetables were fresh, although my one critique is that the pieces of romaine lettuce were cut too large. I would have preferred for them to be cut into smaller pieces. The restaurant was crowded so we got our orders to go and ate in the car. I was surprised that we were charged for the disposable forks. I hadn't noticed until I looked at the receipt. It was only $0.10 per fork, but I felt like I was being nickeled and dimed (which I was). Service was courteous. They assemble your salad when you order it. The place was busy so there was a bit of a wait. There's limited indoor dining and some outdoor dining as well. Ambiance is "casual healthy food restaurant."
