    Happy baby with her berries.
    Roberta C.

We have been doing soccer on Saturday mornings and having fun exploring new places for breakfast ok the way back home. So glad we have because this place was fantastic. They brought out fresh berries for my kids as an adorable appetizer without being asked. Such a cute surprise. I got the Mexican omelette (peppers, onions, crumbled chorizo yummm) which came with perfectly seasoned home fries. So many places just do plain potatoes but these were expertly prepared and then grilled to perfection. My husband got the stuffed pancake and chose pineapple as his filling. Fluffy and delicious!

This used to be my go to spot, my comfort place. Last week I went there and put my drinks on the counter while waiting to pay it came to 15$ , then she opened my bag like i was trying to steal my two dollar water, but i figured whatever maybe she didn't see it. But today I went in and got two chicken cutlet sandwiches with American cheese and lettuce and a chicken quesadilla and three sodas, it came to over 60$. Sad to say I will not be returning.

Stopped in Wednesday morning before leaving the Sea Pirate campground. Place is a little gem. Delicious pancakes and french toast. Cheap prices and great service. I will be back!

Carne asada was too well done and chewy, other than that, a pretty varied menu and quality food, hasty and friendly service

The best Mexican food around and very reasonably priced. We get takeout at least once a week.

I already knew it had to be something exciting, and most likely Belgian or French inspired, so while we were waiting at the doctor's office I did a bit of digging and found their site, and the wonder of this amazing place was on full display. Not just sweet waffles and breakfast but also delicious savory waffles that are also sandwiches and so much more! My experience here was amazing. It did take a little while for my sandwich to be prepared, I ordered "the Frenchie" probably because I came earlier than lunch is usually served. While I waited, the wonderful woman working the front was making some of the sugar pearled waffles and she walked through the entire process with me and answered all my annoying questions. It was all just so damn interesting, I couldn't get enough! So after waiting about ten to fifteen minutes, I finally got my sandwich and didn't think to check it because I was just so excited, and hopped back in the car to head home and enjoy it while Jen drove. Well after getting a little ways away, I open the box to find the magical waffle sandwich hot, smelling delectable and notice that it was devoid of nearly ALL the ingredients. No lettuce, tomato, or red onion that was supposed to be on there were there. I was immediately heartbroken because I was SO excited. Luckily, the sandwich was still so freakin good, that without the accoutrement, it was still so impressive, I will definitely be going back the minute I am back in the area, likely at Penn Medicine. Shame it was wrong or I could've said this place was perfect and out my heart into giving it a perfect score. You should go here. Like as fast as you can. The hours are a little strange but the bright colors inside and small space are cute and make it a nice little space to enjoy your waffles from heaven. The little waffle guys with eyes are so awesome and only make it even better. They are obviously still going through some growing pains as they open up and grow as a business, but I beg that you support this place because I want it to be here for many years. I want one to open by me, and I can afford to buy into a franchise. So please, go try La Liegeoise now, and enjoy a waffle for me!

I had the chance to…read morespeak to the owner and he told me that he and his family run all the stores in New Jersey which I thought was so inspiring. I also found out they make most of their own ice creams. I ended up getting their coffee ice cream, java chunk, and coconut castaway. 100/10. The inside of the place is super fun and a gives a homey neighborhood ice cream shop. Perfect for a late night ice cream run or to spend time with family. They have a good amount of seating available as well.

It now ranks as the best ice cream experience of my life. It pushes Mayday in Jacksonville down to 3rd place. Please remember I'm quite critical. I absolutely love the origin story of this place. I had no idea there are multiple locations. Last night Aug 2nd my ex and I had dinner(we are friends) and I wanted ice cream and she agreed. So an online search reveled this establishment. I had no idea what to order. My ex wife doesn't really stray from the basics so chocolate with sprinkles in a cup is her choice. I had to sample some flavors. The Coney waffle is shaped like a hot dog bun. 3 smaller scoops fill the "bun." The 3 flavors I sampled I chose. Cinnamon Swirl, Morning Toffee, and Pignoli Cannoli, I think? It has marscapone and Livoti's pignoli cookies in it. Oh, and toppings! I chose Nutella because I love it!! Peanut butter wishes it was Nutella. Now, you can eat this with your hands but I chose to be civilized and take my time. The combo of flavors with the perfectly cooked waffle made me devour every last morsel. The young ladies behind the counter are sweet and patient with newbies like me. They also offer soft serve, Italian ice, and to go treats. I also believe you can phone your order in! There is hidden outdoor seating in a garden area and just 2 outside tables upfront. Inside is picnic bench attached to table style seating. It is freezing inside so get that outside table! Can't wait to go back!

While I find Well Bean to be a charming little cafe/coffee shop, he on the other hand finds it overpriced and "bougie" let talk about what Well Bean is. It is a coffee house with lovely baked goods. Something found along the streets of New Hope, Frenchtown, and Lambertville... Not off of route 1 in Penndel. The vibe is cozy and the environment comfortable, but disappointment sets in if you're planning on having an actual meal here. My Turkey Pesto Panini was disappointing. While the bread, and pesto were lovely, the turkey looked and tasted like the Oscar Mayer prepackaged kind you find in the local grocery store. His breakfast sandwich dull and lackluster in every aspect but the sourdough. Again - the baking is what shines here at Well Bean. My recommendation: stop in and grab a late, smoothie or tea and a pastry to go... but if you're looking for a hearty breakfast leave the heavy lifting to The Coffee Cup Cafe around the corner or The Cracker Barrel down the street.

We had an honest conversation and she assured me that they will be addressing the behavior and working towards preventing these kinds of issues in the future. She did not ask me to take down my previous review or make this update. All she did was take accountability for her staff, tried to get to the bottom of it, and looked to remedy the situation. This is truly an example how a business owner should behave and so kudos to you! I can tell from our interaction that she takes pride in her business and wants everyone to enjoy their time there. Although I still stand by my last review, I also want to edit my statement that I would never go back. I would give them a second try if I'm ever back in the area just based on how this situation was handled by management. Hoping that changes can be made positively in regard to service so it could match up with food/drinks and overall ambiance.
