The food truck looks super cool and nicely decorated .. the staff is super friendly and hard working ! They were out last night serving food late in the night and it was just amazing how they were outside preparing food for a bunch of yelpers working super hard! I had to get something extra off their free tasting menu (Fried plantain guacamole delicious, Tequeños (Peruvian Cheese Sticks).. I decided to get their pork tacos (cochinita) the guacamole and slaw was amazing and the flavours blended super well it was made fresh and just deelicious . The pork itself was good but a bit dry the toppings definitely enhanced the flavoir and juiciness of the taco The price is about 10$ for 3 tacos a bit pricey but that's the food truck prices pretty standard.. overall service and food was outstanding. The only problem was It was gone from my hands really quickly and the hubby got to enjoy it more ahaha we should have ordered more oh well will try to come back as it was pretty delicious street food definitely recommend!

They were among four food trucks at Millenium Park in Dorval. I ordered the rib poutine, which the server seemed extremely happy about and said "I recommend it! It's a good choice!" Sure, that may be due to the fact that it was one of the most expensive menu items, but after trying it, I understand why. It is packed with meat. It was so, so, so delicious. I had a hard time deciding between that and their quesadillas, so now I have a reason to keep track of where they will be next! I posted a photo of the menu they had today, so you can see more of what they offer. I will definitely want to try more of their food.

It was bland without adding your own soy sauce and really needs more fish sauce. For 10$ a portion, it is a fair price and a step up from your food court asian cuisine however it was lacking a certain flare. Being part Thai and having lived/traveled in and around the country, the food was good but didn't quite bring me back to what I was used to. More seasoning, spice, lemongrass and cilantro please!

The price-tag was decent, only $6! So I grabbed one and got some lemonade to go with it.... and disappointed would be an understatement after my first bite. Sure it looked appealing with lots of meat but the taste/sauce was pretty plain to me. It lacked character and emotion... ultimately I felt forced to eat so mediocre and once I ended up halfway into the sandwich... look at that... no more meat... just lots of salad leafs though? I've had a lot of pulled pork in my life and this didn't hold its ground at all. And the lemonade? It was pretty watered down. This was shameful. I consequently helped myself to some homemade lemonade down the street at Ben & Jerry's... which was made completely in front of me. Delicious.... Perhaps a bad day but not a good experience. All in all, a solid 2.

I was seriously craving something greasy so I went with the spare ribs poutine which turned out to be a smart choice. They put plenty of curds which is always something I like in a poutine. My only complaint was that they garnished it with deep-fried onions that were cold. I think even if they had been hot they wouldn't have added much to the poutine as a whole.
