I'll start by saying the service is fine. Quick and attentive but nothing to write home about. I decided I just wanted a snack and the cheapest thing was a $7 chips and salsa. Was thinking it would come with guac and pico like some other pics. It doesn't. I opted out of the $5 DOLAR UPGRADE to queso (...?). Thank goodness I did I can't imagine what that would've included. I am not kidding. It is just store bought chips that were dusted with some seasoning and then PACE SALSA in a cup. I bet the queso was that yellow stuff you buy in the can at a gas station. I get paying a premium at the airport but not if you're also going to cut corners this egregiously. Sad. Don't go here read more

Traveling & wanted to grab breakfast that I can eat on my limited diet & a mimosa It's just a walk up bar type place & the people working there were nice & attentive. I was able to order the breakfast bowl minus the queso & cheese sauce ($11.99) & it was a pretty big bowl & it came out quick! The eggs looked a little suspicious like they were powdered eggs, but they didn't taste like it. I think the eggs were microwaved, not a huge deal, the pico was fresh & it was filling. What we had a hard time with is that the drinks were outrageous! $12.99 for draft, $22 margaritas & $18.99 mimosas. REALLY?! Even the cost of the wine was what a whole bottle would cost. This is pretty bad, even for an airport restaurant. Sadly this area of Terminal B doesn't offer much. I should've grabbed something closer to security. I had a question about the menu but the person working refused to acknowledge me and told me I had to order via QR code. Half the stuff on the menu you could specify no cheese, but for some other ones you couldn't, but it didn't make sense. One burrito you could but another with a different meat (everything else the same) you couldn't. The cocktails at $22 are absolutely ridiculous. It tastes awful too so please don't bother treating yourself because it's not a treat. The tacos were bad. I could not hold one. The steak tasted so old and microwaved. The tortillas fell apart as soon as I tried to pick it up. I ordered a side of guacamole which was $4 and it was the smallest condiment takeout container. It sucks that they know they can provide horrible food because they're the one of the only restaurants around. read more

Nothing special about this place but I can't say it was bad either. I got the barbacoa bowl, which was ok. Would have been better if they'd added salsa or something. I wanted one of the beers they had on tap but they said they didn't have it; I got the impression none of the taps worked and they only had bottled beers. It's just as well. This place is expensive. My bowl was $16. Beers were around $10 and mixed drinks were around $20. Only in New York, I guess. I ended up getting a [$4] Pepsi but they never refilled my drink. As expensive as the place was, it's par for the course for places on the concourse. Not thrilled, but what are you going to do? Well, this is about as good as you would think a Mexican restaurant in a New York airport would be. I asked for a negra modelo and it took them 10 minutes to tell me they didn't have it and they tried to serve me a modelo especial without asking if it was ok. I asked for another beer and they said they only had 3 beers right now. And look at these $10 chips and salsa that came from a bag and a jar. Smell was incredibly enticing as I got off my plane in terminal B. Chose the Pollo Nachos, they were ok. About what you'd expect in an airport. The bartender, Hossain, was fantastic and definitely knows how to mix an Old Fashioned. It was even worth the crazy airport prices. read more

Came in and ordered before my flight. The cook had very offensive music playing. I done want to her the n word in the music or the f**k word either. Your employees need to understand that there are small children that come through this airport and they don't need to hear that type of offensive music either. I Bought it the attention of the manager and cashier. I was told it was the cooks personal speaker. I'm a firm believer in letting your employees listen to their music, but when it becomes offensive and I can hear that type of language being used in the music while I'm trying to eat, I find that very unacceptable. Very disappointed in the way your employees handled my situation when I brought it to their attention, especially your manager. Trust me, I will never come back here again. read more

Zero star! Worse service ever. I saw a man with 2 kids and the kids sat there at the bar area, bar stools off the right so I think maybe they allow kids since it is close to the gate. We stopped there around 3 PM with 2 kids. We sat about 5 mins. One of the server the man with black long hair and make up. He/she said my kids were not allowed at the bar. I said to him why that family with kids can sit there. He said " I don't know". He was rude and had an attitude. If you work behind the bar and you do not know I don't think you should work there as an employee I am sure every place has the same standard or rules. The music is too loud and hard to find a bartender in the morning. This place also doesn't offer coffee, at any price, for a weary or hungover traveler. Looks nice. However, I got there, and the food was overpriced for what was something that tasted that came out of the freezer and very small portion and Well, there is no customer service. At 339 pm 11/28/2022 my husband I stopped for a beer to watch the soccer match. I was sitting on one of the stools and it broke off (snapped off). I fell quickly to the ground. I could not get up as I injured my left arm and leg. The bartender did not so much as even communicate with us or see if I was OK. My husband got me up and I proceeded to sit at our gate which was close by. To note I only weigh 125# so the stool was not under undue stress. It was shocking that the staff did not react. My husband left the stool seat on top of the bar. SHOCKING customer service. My family is truly upset by this incident. My arm and leg are black and blue and it was a shocking and honestly humiliating experience.
