They have such cool technology that really gives me an in depth overview of my oral health. The only thing I would recommend is if they played music in the lobby or something. The office itself is welcoming and the folks at the front desk are so kind, patient, and understanding. A small detail that really makes my day is seeing my name written on the chalkboard when I arrived--it made me feel special and cared for. I had some difficulty keeping up with my treatment plan, and instead of making me feel ashamed or rushed, the staff worked with me to break it into affordable steps. The flexibility and compassion really took a weight off my shoulders (life is hard)! Even when I rescheduled my appointment (more than once.. sorry). Our daughter had her pallet expanded and braces. My wife always took her to the appointments, so I didn't experience the office or Dr. Kunik then. The bill isn't cheap. The work is excellent. My daughter's teeth looked great and corrected what generations before her have struggled with. Then it was my turn. I finally listened to my dentist to go get Invisalign. Dr. Kunik is friendly and genteel. He's not just an orthodontist, he's an artist. You can see him envisioning your teeth moving and what has to be done to coax them into place. Then he recites an alpha numeric soup of instructions for the nurse to jot down and he's on his way. The staff is super sweet. I don't worry about who I'm sitting down with because they're all very capable. It's a mellow atmosphere and appears everyone is happy working there. I've never been frustrated by the office. On the contrary, I'm the one that's showed up late because I got the time wrong (twice) and they didn't skip a beat.
