We needed to swap out damaged panels and fully replace others for 70 feet of fencing, including one 4' wide single gate. The final result is a clean, professional install using the standard 4'H Aluminum Smooth Top - 3-Rail panel style, and it looks excellent. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. Amanda was fantastic; she stayed in constant touch, gave clear information at every step, and kept everything wonderfully organized. She made what could have been a stressful project feel smooth and effortless. Carlos was equally impressive. He came out to personally determine the action plan and immediately gave me confidence that he would personally do a great job. He's extremely knowledgeable, listened carefully to what we needed, and followed through on everything he said he would do and then some! His crew worked efficiently and produced high-quality work. I was disappointed that I hadn't heard back from Jacob, so I left a review here expressing that disappointment. Almost immediately upon submitting my review, the owner responded. A short time later, Jacob called to explain why he hadn't gotten back to me and apologized for having dropped the ball. While I cannot speak to the quality of their work because I did not end up hiring them, I am changing my review because I feel like the owner and Jacob reaching out despite already having lost me as a customer shows integrity and care that is lacking in many contractor businesses these days. I alerted them to some issues in early November. The crew put all dug up dirt under my pine straw. But they left it all looking terrible. I asked that it be fixed. There is a board that is not attached to the fence. I asked that it be fixed. They were also going to fix the placement of the gate handles. I keep being told they'll come ASAP. Next week. Next week. And here we are more than two months later. My pine straw is an eyesore and I don't feel I should have to fix it. I've tried to be patient but this is getting a bit silly. You'll get a nice fence at a good price. But watch the clean up and I hope you don't need to get in contact with them or have issues because I'm you may not hear from them for a long long time. It's a shame that this company lacks timely feedback, reviews, etc. across various research outlets to aid prospective customers with making an informed decision on a relatively common, home-yard improvement project. I recognize that customer reviews still ring loud, particularly with big purchase decisions. I'll admit that they were quick to accept and book an appointment for install, but thereafter would not be able to point to one incident/interaction worthy of punctuality or praise (maybe something has happened since 2013 reviews were posted?). In the spirit of brevity, we had to inquire/request the company to send our final invoice (received +3 months after job). Requested a home service call at a later date for significant bending of our fence (representative arrived +1 month after request). After review the representative acknowledged the situation and offered some goodwill options; however no follow through since (idle with zero progress, days counting). Meanwhile in the interim, our neighbors elected to use Prime Fence too (via our 'premature' referral) and had their fence recently completed (despite several scheduling hiccups and a formal complaint later being filed). As for us, it has now been +7 months, fatigued and weathered, by a series of unreturned emails, phone calls and text messages to date (details of each interaction is documented) - case in point. Each of us has been empathetic upon receiving late notes about limiting matters like illness, labor constraints and weather conditions - all of which can be seen as reasons for being unable to meet service commitments. Regardless, there are many misfortunes to note here and the biggest being that two neighboring families have been saddled with unnecessary frustration. In a world where we try to have respect and pride for local businesses, I'd caution others to really consider the reputation (or lack of) before selecting any service company. This small business apparently has little pride for its name on the side of our fenced yard, evident by the lack of concern for sustaining relations with a referring, paid-in-full customer.
