This made me feel like they actually cared about the specifics of my vehicle, not just a sheet of repairs to check off. 2. They were honest. Before I brought my vehicle in, I had called with questions about it first and a quote. As with any mechanic, they need to see the vehicle and run their diagnostic before giving an official quote but I knew a general idea of the repair so I was asking around to see what different mechanics charge for their labor rate per hour. I liked E&R enough to called them back but was given a different hourly rate from the first phone call. Without hesitation, the employee very genuinely and respectively said they would honor the first rate I was quoted. 3. When Eddie called me with the quote after the diagnostic and when I picked my vehicle up, he educated me!! He explained to me and taught me what the problem was and how that happens on different vehicles. He had already earned my trust but this just emphasized more so that he and his employees are trustworthy. Everyone I interacted here was respectful. The quality of work on the vehicle was exceptional. I could tell they were very thorough and tested the vehicle well after they made the repair to ensure it was fixed and there were no more leaks. I had taken it to the dealer before I took it to E&R and E&R saved me! I really just can't say enough good things about E&R Automotive, highly recommend!

Lucky us we were first to get in, no trucks from yesterday ahead of us. They took care of our DEF issue and had us out and on the road by 10am. For those that have more extensive work done, they have a couple signs in the lounge for good prices hotels that are pet friendly and will shuttle you.

I came to this place because my transmission went out on me just as I was about to make a delivery in El Paso, TX. Long story short DO NOT GO HERE if you can avoid this place by all means DO SO!!!! My transmission was purchased from International it was rebuilt the cost directly from International was $3609. This terrible place called A2Z charged me $4500. That's $900 I paid to to basically pick up a phone and order my transmission. My bill with labor (which they originally b4 they touched my truck quoted me on a small blue sticky note was $1200) the bill came up just under $6400. So let's do the math to see just how much they screwed me shall we. $3609+$1200= $4809 I paid $6400!! $6400-4809= $1591!!! when I asked why he was charging me so much extra money after he knew he had me. He just told me "well I have to make some type of profit off of you" ( the profit is supposed to come from labor)smh there's a lot more I can get into, but I'm trying to keep this as short as possible to let you know that they will rob you people so stay away!!! The mechanic didn't do a damn thing I had asked them to do even after they asked for a list. First it was a 1993 GMC truck that had a no start no spark . I had already done work to the truck myself but no dice. The guys at the shop took 3 weeks to get the truck running and what they told me was that it was "IGNITION COIL "and that they had replaced it and that was the problem!!! The mechanic said that he changed the coil out and it was the problem!!! It was the same coil I got from AutoZone and I have the receipts to prove it. THEY ARE NOTHING BUT LIARS!!!! And charged me 300 dollars to do nothing !!!!all they did was put it together and got lucky that it just started! They also go by the towing service SUNCITY TOWING! The mechanic talked to me and admitted that he never worked on that type of engine being over 20 years old. They don't know what they are doing! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS PLACE!!!
