I wouldn't consider using them now and will be bad mouthing them to anyone I know looking for a plasterer. Pretty stupid way to treat a potential customer in the age of the internet review. Incidentally, I originally contacted them because they have such amazing reviews on a website called "Customer Lobby." After a month of attempting to schedule this quick job, I was finally told on Friday at 4pm someone would be at my house Saturday at 8am. No one showed up. Upon speaking with the owner on Monday, he said to not take it personally, and they would have someone come out whenever they could "fit me in". I understand this has been a horrible winter with damage in the northeast, however I would never disrespect one of my clients by committing to a time, and then not showing up. If this job was too small, I would clearly have appreciated hearing that up front and continued calling other plaster companies. I will not do business with someone who disrespects their clients time like this.
