The employee they have now tripped 3 breakers AND DID NOT TELL US, His machine started smoking and leaked water all over my floor so I gave him a towel which he left on the floor saturated with water. I gave them my $900.00 rug to be cleaned at their shop. When he returned the rug it was stained and ripped . The owner was totally defensive when I called to report the experience and made no effort to make it right. All I received were excuses; no accountability anywhere. The man was constantly on his phone with his wife making more excuses to me about his shotty work. I tested the carpet and the dirt I found was awful plus a huge dose of terrible. My husband and I are the only residents in a 4000 square foot home and we have no pets. I will post pictures here if I can, if not I will find somewhere to post.

And when they arrived to perform our move, they even brought extra guys to help and only charged us for the original two that they had quoted us in our quote. The team was so nice and so efficient. We moved from a bottom floor quadplex shotgun in Mid City to a 14th floor high-rise in the CBD, and we are having trouble with our key fob not working correctly, and the team was so patient as we dealt with that. They were fast, friendly, and efficient and transparent with the price, and the final price was on the low side of the range they gave us in the original quote.
