He told us it would be a few weeks until he could take it and to get parts. My husband spent 500 dollars in parts to do what this man told us to. Once we had the parts we called and asked if we could bring his truck in. The guy told us basically to fuck ourselves and said he's tired of dealing with us and to take our truck elsewhere: AFTER we spent 500 dollars in parts EXPECTING to have our truck fixed there. He said he was "tired of dealing with phone calls" when we called him a total of 3 times, once per week (after a 2 week wait like he said) to try to get us on the schedule to get it towed. Mind you, we have to schedule these things because the truck cannot drive. The most unprofessional shop I have ever worked with in my life. He was rude and mean and just all around unprofessional over the phone practically yelling at my husband who was nothing but calm and begging him to take his truck in because we'd been waiting for a month. PLEASE go elsewhere. In response to what the owner just commented below, that's just not what happened. Pretty accurate on most parts of what you said, except for the fact you said that he said it would be months (bold faced lie, he said it would be a few weeks), and then we called 2 weeks later asking if we can bring it in. He said no, and asked us to wait till Monday, so we did, and called the next THURSDAY to allow more time for him since he kept putting us off. We were understanding, and paid money to buy parts we were instructed to buy, and treated with extreme disrespect. I won't let this one go because you agreed with almost everything that happened yet are now saying we were "difficult" when we were nothing but accommodating and understanding. I chose the break flush. when I came to pick up my car the manger told me that they could not get the key to go into the ignition switch. I told him that I never had that problem before. I could not start my car. I was very upset and the manger had the nerve to tell me that it was like that when I brought the car in, which was not true. If that was the case then how come it was not on the service list? He told me that he could try to fix it but that I would have to pay for the parts. Three days later still not fixed. I had to have my car tow to the dealership. On of top that I had black stuff on my tan carpet where the mechanic was trying to fix the ignition switch. Plus, there was a fresh large scratch on the passenger side of my car and he tells me that it was already there before I brought the car in, which was not true. This is the worst experience that I have ever had with a car shop. You drive your car in and have tow it out.

He went and got the fluid i needed and put it in for me. The heat still wasn't working but he said it probably needed to be driven and sure enough the heat started working with in not even five minutes. He said it was the starter. She jumped her car to drive it down there no problem. When John called the next day, he said they can't jump it even if it's in neutral. He said if she wants to take her car to get another opinion, she would have to get it towed. So she had it towed to the Honda dealer on parkside. The Honda dealer told her that the water splash plastic panel is missing from her car and the starter sensor is burnt out completely. When she called to Firestone and spoke to John about the water panel, he said he would put it back. Then when she personally stopped down there, another man that worked there said he never had the water panel, never saw it and they don't steal! When we jumped her car before taking it down there, the water panel was clearly in tact. This place is shady and when they found out she didn't want the work done there, they purposely broke the starter and stole her water panel. Beware of these criminals. They took advantage of this old lady and were smiling and laughing when she went down there to ask questions. Them breaking her car, cost her over $2,000 At the Honda dealership. This Firestone was convenient to her home and she wanted to keep her business local, but what a joke! She will be contacting corporate and filing a police report for the stolen water panel. If it has to go to civil court over $500, she will prosecute. Hopefully, they can reach out to her and find her "missing" water panel before garage day on Friday. This is bad business and taking advantage of the elderly. I'm fuming mad for my lovely neighbor.
